Save yourself the hardship and avoid this product all together it is not worth the pain and suffering you will endure.
I recieved this product a few days ago. Today is now Monday I used this for the first time Friday. The day I recieved it I issued a refund. I was overly disappointed once I recieved it and started it up. I decided to try and find a way to like this phone but it has been in absolute vein.
I took some photos and this is 3 days into using this phone. I looked at notifications and then the screen became as seen in photos.
Starting with the camera. It looks like it would be very impressive but it lacks all features and takes photos just as good as a early 2000's flip phone. Photos come out bad and grainy, and has zero camera features. If you want to have any kind of camera features you need to download an app.
The phone has one speaker to play videos that is hard to hear and has very poor quality
The battery life is very lacking. Advertised as long lasting the battery life can hardly last half a day. I have gotten phones that have lasted 2 days without charge when bought new.
The return delay. In order to receive a refund I need to ship this out, wait 7 days, after that it will take 16 days to receive the refund, the bank will apply it within 5 buisness days. So in total expect about a month waiting for a refund
I was very gentle to the phone being careful not to damage the camera even though it sucks. I had the phone on my passenger seat when I picked it up to view a notification and the screen became damaged as seen in photos, not due to handling roughly, the phone just gave up after 3 days. I have reset the phone to no avail.
I would only recommend this phone to someone I really dislike just to watch them suffer.
