How do I know if I will have sufficient coverage with Jethro Mobile?

Jethro Mobile has nationwide coverage in the United States (excluding Alaska). To check the coverage at your location, simply go to jethromobile.com and select "Coverage." Then enter an address (for more accuracy) or a zip code to see the coverage.

How do I activate my SIM card?

Activate anytime online at jethromobile.com or contact support 7 days a week (7AM-6PM PST). Activations can be scheduled up to 60 days in advance (and cancelled if your trip is rescheduled) or started immediately. Use a US address during activation.

Can I keep my phone number for a future trip?

Yes, we keep your phone number and SIM card available for renewal for 45 days after your plan expires. No need to purchase a new SIM card. Not traveling in the next 45 days? Add our starter plan to extend the amount of time for your next renewal.

Do these plans work while I'm still in Canada?

No, our service only works in the United States. However, we do offer unlimited calling from the States to Canada. Once you are in the States, insert your SIM card (if you haven't already), turn your phone off and back on again, and enjoy the service

I appreciate the post-dated start-up feature which allows you to determine the date and time you wish to activate the SIM card when you enter the US. Tech Support is awesome, quick, knowledgeable customer service; I particularly appreciated my last exchange with Anahi. Jethro Mobile SIM cards use T-Mobile which has great US coverage and is a very stable and reliable network. Calls to Canada are top notch. Jethro Mobile is a money saver.

The Jethro sim card is just what I needed. I travel to the USA from Canada every winter for several months. I no longer had coverage in the USA with my Canadian sim. The Jethro sim filled the gap perfectly with unlimited talk and text anywhere in the USA and back to Canada at a very reasonable price. Once back in Canada, I was able to keep my US phone number active for 6 months at a very inexpensive price. This fall I will add some data to my plan, again at a great value. The technical support I have received from Jethro has been first rate; prompt, courteous and reliable. Don't know how my experience could have been better. I highly recommend the Jethro sim for Canadian travellers!

This phone service drops calls constantly, you have to keep calling back to finish conversations.. This is very bad when you are trying to get a service hook up, you have to start fresh and then you have to explain to another technician from the beginning what you want or what problems you are having. If you can look elsewhere!. Will give an update. Now I can not phone anywhere, the phone does not allow me to make any calls. The company has sent me an email telling me they fixed the issue and call them if they did not. Well they did not so HOW Do I call them?
