Recently upgraded my TV to a 42" from my old one which had a middle pedestal. Unfortunately all the newer tvs seem to have side feet so my new TV wouldn't fit on my old stand. This stand was reasonably priced and had great reviews and I could not be happier. Its beautiful and seems very sturdy.I did not realize that the top of the base is like a shinny glass and looks so beautiful and more expensive than a plastic one i was expecting. It was fairly easy to set up and came with lots of different bits to suite different sizes of tvs.My only issue is, I have my TV on the lowest rung and at certain angles you can see the metals arms that attach to the back (see second photo). I could move it to the second rung and they wouldn't be visible at all but since I can't see them most times, it's not a huge deal. If you are getting this stand for a smaller TV, it is something to consider!

great stand, love the swivel. Works great for my 55 in sony bravia... came with lots of screws so should fit with lots of different TVs out there. I was very careful with it and because of the comments on the fragility of the glass bottom I added a layer of soft rubber as a protection to avoid damage when I was screwing in the glass base to the vertical metal stand part. We love the width of the travel of the swivel, which is better than the stock stand on my former samsung TV. Cable management is great too!

I chose this stand for its small base, swivel and price. I received it fast and assembly was a breeze. It comes well packaged, with all the necessary tools for assembly and parts for multiple brands of TVs. A drill with a Phillips and a 4mm and 5mm hex bit makes assembly quicker but they're not needed.
The stand is light weight but well engineered to keep the TV stable. I am using it as a stand for the PC Monitor on my Desk. I went from a LG HD 720p LED TV - 32'' monitor to the... , this is embarrassing, ridiculously oversized Pioneer - 55" LED 4K UHD Smart Xumo TV. and this Universal Swivel TV Stand is a good fit. The TV seems very stable, plumb, level and the swivel stays where I set it. It does exactly what it is described to do. Note: If you skip Step 6 and do not install parts F1,F2 the TV can slide Left or Right with minimal pressure. I saw a review stating this stand will slide horizontally...
