As a customer who entrusted UnionSine with safeguarding my most cherished memories, I am utterly devastated and enraged by the catastrophic failure of the UnionSine 16TB 3.5" Portable External Hard Drive USB3.0 HDD Storage.

I purchased this hard drive on March 6th, 2024, with the intention of securely storing a lifetime's worth of precious pictures and videos. These memories encapsulated invaluable moments with my daughter, cherished family gatherings, documentation of my deceased sister, vital work-related data, and more. However, mere days after purchase, the drive inexplicably ceased to function, without any signs of tampering or misuse.

Despite my desperate attempts to salvage the data, all efforts were futile. I found myself in tears, overwhelmed with anger and disbelief at the failure of UnionSine's product. The loss of irreplaceable memories due to the incompetence of this hard drive is simply unforgivable.

UnionSine's claim of reliability and longevity proved to be nothing but empty promises. A hard drive of this caliber should have provided far more than a mere few days of functionality. The quality of this product is abysmal, and the company's negligence has resulted in irreparable harm to its customers.

I implore potential buyers to steer clear of UnionSine products, as they cannot be trusted to fulfill even the most basic functions of data storage. My experience serves as a cautionary tale of the risks associated with placing trust in substandard products and companies.

In conclusion, I demand nothing less than a full refund for this faulty hard drive and compensation for the priceless memories lost. UnionSine must take immediate action to rectify this situation and prevent similar incidents from befalling other unsuspecting customers.

I have used the hard drive for a few days and I am here to leave a comment to it. The overall appearance is very good, with a simple design that looks beautiful. There are a lot of hollow designs on the top and back to facilitate the release of heat. The product also comes with two data transferring cables, which is very convenient. And I can find the corresponding cable for any interface. I like it. The speed is high-speed transmission definitely, and a large number of pictures and videos were quickly transferred. Because it is still transmitting the data, sorry for not posting the screenshot.

I'm really into it—it's a quiet drive with super fast data transfer. It's just the right size, so it doesn't hog too much space on my table.
