This is an initial review, based on using the KLIQ just for one day, but I will update this review in a month, 6 months, and a year.
PROS
1. The KLIQ's tuning is as promised in other reviews - very fast, and accurate
2. The display on the KLIQ is big enough to be read without wearing glasses, and is colourful
CONS
1. The KLIQ is made of a kind of hard, relatively cheap kind of plastic that I worry will crack if accidentally dropped onto a hard surface
2. The pop out battery holder was easy to get out when there was no battery in it, but once I put the battery in, and tried to get it out, the task proved impossible. I had to resort to using a knife to pop up the battery holder.
3. A potential issue with the battery holder is that it is designed so that it has two armatures, almost prongs on either side - these prongs are made of brittle plastic, which I worry will break easily
4. Most important to me is the relative lack of flexibility in being able to twist the main part of the unit to a position that I like for tuning. I can see the tuner easily, but would prefer to be able to position it a little differently to make it even easier for me to look at.
5. The lack of flexibility in being able to position the 'face' of the tuner means that the buttons are all on the side of the unit that is about a centimetre away from the back of the guitar's head.
Consequently, it is a little awkward to reach the buttons easily.
I would prefer to have these buttons on the bottom of the face, because that is best for me.
The TC Electronic Polytune Clip-On Guitar Tuner, which was the only other tuner that made it to my short-list after extensive research, has a feature in which the tuner senses which way up the tuner is sitting, and it will then rotate the display to make sure that the display is always the 'correct' way up.
If the manufractures of the KLIQ included a rotating display feature like the one that the Polytune includes, that would allow me to position the face of the tuner more conveniently, with regard to the buttons, and it would also help with the issues I have about not being able to position the tuner physically exactly where I would like.
SUMMARY
Having said the above, I am not counting this tuner out; its ergonomic drawbacks (for me) are not quite significant enough to make me want to send the tuner back.
However, if something does happen that makes me want to return the KLIQ, I will replace it with the Polytune.
My only hesitancy in buying the Polytune is that its clip is metal, and apparently can damage instrument headtocks.

The adjustable position of the face is very useful and works better than the other tuners I have used.
