Came with free finger print under pre installed (that shouldn't have been installed,) screen protector ! But thank you for the new one to make it look not too obvious! (More than one phone had this issue.)
Good luck sending images yet when I sent a ticket asking what to do to correct (while knowing the answer,) I heard cricket's! 6 phones, 3 pretty sure were not new as it was hit and miss to who's fingerprints were on each phone lol, Anyway, box store Samsung, broken iPhone 6/8 and LG all worked fine, these phones either needed tweaks or plain out right functioned like calculators with a ring tone! But thank you that it has night vision and a loudspeake of 110db, too bad you can't use it for what it was meant for!

Have had the phone for one day and the walkie talkie button has fallen off.
----> they sent me three replacement pieces for the walkie talkie button.
After having the phone for some time now I can confidently say it's a decent phone. HOWEVER, the camera has ZERO stabilization and therefore cannot taking moving shots or videos well, still shots are pretty good though.

I got this for rugged use in an outdoor environment overseas. It is a heavy phone with a bigger screen than I had on my previous phone, and I am very satisfied with the battery life, great camera quality, and the usefulness of the fingerprint reader. It also did a good job of transferring and incorporating most information from my old phone--I had to figure out the local APN settings to configure the data connection to work as seamlessly as my old phone did, but that works very well. I love the water-resistance and it has already dropped on its face with no damage.

At first, I was disappointed that there were 6 blue lines down the screen which indicate that the pixels beneath them are not working and there has been some fault in manufacture or shipping. I was able to use it, but I was worried that there was an issue that would get worse. However, I contacted customer support and they were very responsive and are replacing the phone. Without reservation, I am very satisfied with both the quality of the phone and the customer service.

This is an awesome phone, I didn't expect the night vision to work as good as it does but man it's Kool. "In bathroom with lights off and towel under door," You can see everything. Have always liked the ulephone brand. This one however has been my favorite. Huge screen, great battery life, built on case and comes with a screen protector already on it as well as a backup. Totally worth the money if you're rough with your phone like I am. Waterproof hasn't been tested yet but again they make a good phone so not worried as my last one was waterproof. Pros: This one really impressed me, and that's hard. I pretty much only buy "cheap" phones now that most cost $1500 and are made of glass, which is a ridiculous scam (Samsung.) And I usually get what I pay for and they don't last long, because even the cheap ones are made of glass. This one is not! It comes with a built in durable shock absorbing case and screen protector. The battery far surpasses any other new phone I've purchased. It has all the standard conveniences plus a few extras. It's waterproof and can not only take underwater video, but it has a specialized underwater camera app that understands the different needs of underwater video.

Con: There are some questionable system apps, (not necessarily bad, but I couldn't determine what exactly they did or why they did it,) so I recommend rooting so you can remove the bloatware, which was SUPER EASY! They don't put up a fight about unlocking the bootloader like so many phones sold in the US, (because SAMSUNG likes their bloatware/spyware on your phone.)

This phone is tough, dependable, large screen and great cameras. The battery lasts 2 full days with heavy use and is much slimmer than my last Armor X11. All the extra features are awesome - the Outdoor toolbox app, the Night vision and underwater video capabilities, etc. Biggest drawback preventing a 5 star rating? All the pre-installed useless apps and Google's stranglehold on Android phones with forced "permissions" I detest as I value privacy as much as security. A truly "unlocked" phone would allow users to build their own system beginning with the choice of OS and System applications.

Pretty slow but expected, the duraspeed app can't be turned off and is stupid annoying just have to keep it from throttling your apps constantly. Will not connect to carrier with weak signal if charging 🤯 bloated with a bunch of apps you won't need or use it can get rid of.
