Plastic stopper on wall bracket factory could be installed backwards
When the TV mount arrived, I was impressed by the instructions and various hardware components. The TV Interface was easy to attach to my 65" TV, and I installed the wall plate so it was perfectly level (using my own longer level -- not the mini one provided).When I lifted the TV on and placed it on the wall, I noticed that the bracket that was inserted into the sliding stopper portion of the rail didn't fit. It was roughly 1/4" high, which would translate into the whole TV being about 1" off of level. On inspection, I noticed that the stopper hardware didn't provide enough depth for the bracket, nor was the v-shape opening wide enough as well. See photo.Last weekend, I emailed USX-Mount with the above description and attached photo but didn't get a response. I tried phoning, but am directed to voice mail to describe the problem. [UPDATE: The vendor had a factory holiday]With a grinder, I shortened the nose the "hook", as well as widened the mouth. With this being done, I also noticed that both TV brackets have a lot of vertical play between the top and bottom rails. There is about 1/8" left to prevent the TV from disconnecting from the bottom rail.I couldn't be bothered returning it since I already drilled holes in my wall and didn't want to make more of a mess. All in all, very disappointing.[UPDATE] The manufacturer contacted me and apologized for the issue. Apparently, the plastic stopper on the wall bracket was installed backwards in the factory. To fix the problem, simply unscrew the plastic stopper and turn it around. I suggest that you ensure the fit before attaching the brackets to the wall and TV.So, an easy fix -- perhaps something I could have figured out if I hadn't attached the wall bracket to the wall. Mistakes happen, and I am glad the seller rectified the issue for me.

Pros:
- It’s so sturdy, easy to do and well made.
- There’s a nice pattern inside as it helps you a lot doing the holes and so.
- comes with a long hdmi cord which you might need it for running the cables inside the walls.
- If you remove the plastic part you can easily slide the tv and put it at the best position if you made something wrong during installation. Weight of the tv makes it stable and you won’t be In need of that useless part.
Cons:
- The worst thing about this pack is that it lacks a real leveler. There’s a tiny one inside maybe good for kids to play with not for a professional installation. It shows different outputs once you turn it and it’s not trustable at all. I had hard times leveling with measuring from the floor.
- The other issue was the plastic part on top of the wall-mount plate which is for fixing the tv not to slide horizontally but it’s totally useless as it’s only on one side and it will interfere with the hanger and your final job won’t be leveled (it keeps one side upper). I simply removed it and threw it away to get rid of more trouble.
- I guess it lacks some extra big washers to put behind the rack once you install screws In the studs not to damage the wall once you make the rack firm with the huge screws.
In total I’m happy with this purchase and I give it 4 stars just because it lacks some improvements with accessories.
