Installing the bracket was easy but as soon as I put it up, it started drooping/dropping when I tilted the monitor downward, it only works best if the monitor is facing upward slightly.

They said this bracket could take a weight of 22 lbs, but my monitor is only about 10 lbs if so much, and this bracket can't hold the monitor in position at that weight, so there is no way it could take a bigger monitor or tv. I won't buy another one, nor recommend this product. As a work around, I stuffed some rolled up masking tape at the bottom of the bracket and that seems to be holding the monitor in place, in the slightly downward position, but I shouldn't have to do that, as I just installed it a day ago.

I do like that it can move side to side and it's freed up some space on my desk, but the droopiness is not good.

UPDATE:

After posting my review the company reached out to me to see what they could do to fix my issue and wanted to find a solution. Because of that, I am changing my review. Their fix would have solved everything but my rolled up masking tape is working quite well. I guess I just got a defective one, which can happen.

I would recommend this product because it works for the most part, but mainly because the company is willing to stand behind their product and address my concerns. Can't always say that's the case these days.

I am very happy with my purchase and happy to know there are still some decent companies out there that care about serving their customers. Kudos to them.

This arrived quickly and was very compact. I wasn’t sure it could stand up to the task at hand. It’s exactly what I wanted. 2 parts that come apart easily. TV backplate attached easily. The Hanger also was very easy to attach to the wall. I changed out the screws for shorter ones as my TV is less than 20 lbs. Took about 15 minutes to install. Great product!

Basic VESA Monitor Mount

This is a very basic VESA monitor mount. I ordered it to mount my 24 inch monitor which it holds well onto the wall. The space behind the monitor is very less and is very tricky to tighten up the screws to hold the monitor tilt in one position. Due to this, the monitor keeps tilting downwards, and you kind of have to accept the position it takes.
It's sturdy in terms of holding the monitor on wall but the tilt is not good. It doesn't hold the monitor upstraight.
I would recommend to add little more money and get a better one.
