If the purchased UMIDIGI UMIDIGI Power 7 Max unlocked cell phone cannot use network data, please follow the steps below: you can adjust the APN setting manually first.

Step1: GET THE APN PARAMETERS

Solution 1. you can search "your phone carrier + APN" on google/or call the carriers to check the APN parameters.

Solution 2. you can also insert your SIM card into another phone(that can access the Internet normally) to get the APN parameters. You can check-in phone: Settings - Network & Internet - Mobile network - Access Point Names (APN) -Click the mobile card -Copy all the APN parameter

Step2: ADD APN PARAMETERS into UMIDIGI Power 7 Max

Plug in the SIM card to UMIDIGI Power 7 Max - Settings - Network & Internet - Mobile network - Access Point Names (APN) - Click Plus on the upper right corner - Add the correct APN parameters.

The battery life is very good and charging is fast, just like it promises!
There is only one known flaw so far, and that is the location of the screenshot button along the left side of the case.
Firstly, is a completely unnecessary button really and mostly, it is activated EVERY SINGLE TIME you grab your phone and if you have a wallet style case, it clicks the screenshot button every time you open it...

Cell-data reception is horrible.

This phone might be okay in a city or near a broadcast tower.

Signal here isn't great but it is not as bad as this phone makes out. This phone rarely hooks up for more than a few minutes at a time. Rediculous.

The phone becomes non-responive at times, can't clear the screen. Settings revert after I have changed them. FO.

Purchased 08May2023, charge broken 10July2024. What a treat...
