I recently purchased the UMIDIGI G3 Plus from Amazon, and unfortunately, my experience with this phone has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Upon opening the package and attempting to set up the device on the first day, I encountered a serious issue that rendered it practically unusable.
The problem arose immediately after the initial setup process. The phone inexplicably started glitching, and then it abruptly transitioned to a screen instructing me to perform a factory reset. Despite following this step, the issue persisted. After completing the factory reset, the phone would once again glitch and revert to the factory reset screen in an infuriating and never-ending cycle.
This repeated cycle has left me unable to use the phone for its intended purpose. It's incredibly disheartening to have invested in a device that exhibits such a critical flaw right out of the box.
I sincerely hope that the seller takes note of this review and addresses the issue promptly. It is essential for customers to have confidence in the products they purchase, and unfortunately, my experience with the UMIDIGI G3 Plus has left me feeling thoroughly dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution before considering this product.
Update: October 1st, 2023:
A second purchase of this phone resulted in it having the same glitch rendering it unusable. Despite factory resets, it endlessly cycles to the reset screen. This critical flaw has left me unable to use the phone, again. I caution buyers.
