This is an excellent quick release plate system. Everything is perfect, except, they did not put a wing screw under the plate. It comes with a thumb screw, which works, as it has a significant burl, but needs a little more pinching to tighten. I hate to knock a star off for it, but know this if you buy one. I have two of these (the revised latest versions) and they are built very well, work very well and makes changing your camera gear with your tripod mounts a breeze.
I have bought other Ulanzi products and have been pleasantly surprised at the level of quality for the $$. Their stuff is good and at their price points it makes them totally worth considering.
