this was sold as new and i got an open box, so thats annoying. clearly it was NOT NEW. nothing damaged though.

i am using this with their phone mount, so it becomes much heavier on top than if it were used without the mount. it does NOT come with a phone mount, so buy that separately if needed! product itself works well as a selfie stick and okay as a tripod, but becomes very unstable and top heavy at times. some angles don't hold up because it tips over. it would probably be more stable without the phone mount. definitely requires a perfectly flat surface.

the swivel ball with the phone mount isnt perfectly stable or secure. i will still keep using it. works for most situations.
