Honestly I am a bit disappointed with the SIM card service. I am currently in Europe for 6 weeks and 3 weeks in, we get a text saying the data has been used up of 12G and stopped working. However, we are aware that this plan was not for 12G but 25G for 1 month. We were vigilant but we didn’t acknowledge that it would stop working at 12G of usage. Now it’s unfortunate because we have to get another SIM card for the remaining time (more as planned) because it’s actual limit is 12G. In addition, as for the picture shown above now we have to pay more for additional data that was already paid for using this service. On the second picture it says when we first landed 50 GB was purchased which is already even more confusing. Very disappointed !!!

This product didn't work. I didn't get internet or any phone service on our recent trip to the U.K. I had bought a similar product for a trip last year and, though I won't pretend to be computer savvy, it was easy to use and worked right away. I followed all the instructions for set up this time but I never got either internet or phone service. I also tried and couldn't reach anyone in customer service, worse I got endless irritating messages to pay for an 'upgrade' though had no service and was suppose to get unlimited calls in the U.K. A total waste of time and money. Thankfully Amazon will reimburse me. Maybe if you were really tech savvy you could make it work but for anyone who isn't or doesn't want the hassle, DON'T buy this product.

This SIM card works. Almost immediately after you insert it, you're connected to Britain's Three network and you receive a text about how to pay for more data. However, you don't need to purchase this because you are immediately given a very small amount of free data. To get the data promised by this card, you must go to the website mentioned in the instructions and input the SIM card number. Within a few hours, you will be given the promised data. Phone coverage is decent. My only criticism is that a SIM card ejector pin should have been included with the card.

In general, using the card is simple, just plug and play. It has good coverage in both Germany and Spain. Roaming call to UK works. The Three Pay as you Go app can show network balance without the need to call their hotline.
The card worked for a while when I arrived the airport then no internet access even having good 4G signal, calling the 444 hotline does not help, it just had recording saying “card not setup” and ended the call. The internet access resumed itself after 30mins. It can be a little bit hassle if you are finding way without wifi.
Also, hotspot only works on the first day, it does not provide any data to my secondary iPhone since then.

Getting the new Sim set up was harder than the instructions said. I had to enter the multi digit code on the Sim packaging. The print was so small I struggled to read it in a poorly lit room at night. The online set up page looked like it was a scam as halfway through it said completed, and showed someone else's details. It did eventually work, but why so difficult to set up? The sim was good value though, and when I eventually registered I saw that it was for 75 Gb, three times what I expected. I never got close to using it all.

We purchased 3 of these cards for our five week family trip through Europe. We installed the sim cards on May 6, 2024 when we arrived in England. The cards did not work at all, since 3UK is a British Company we were able to stop at one their local stores to see why the cards were not working. These cards being sold by Amazon were part of an old promotion that 3UK used to have, but are no longer valid, so none of these cards will work. We had to buy 3 new sim cards at the store. The store manager informed me that there had been several tourists that had the same issue with these cards. I started the return process of these cards on May 19th which was within the 30 day return window, unfortunately because I did not have a fixed address in could not physically get the cards back to amazon. When I got back to Canada I explained to an Amazon customer service the situation and she said that they would not refund them because I didn't get the cards back to them in time. I explained that it was impossible for me to do that because I was not at a fix location. Amazon is aware that this cards do not work and yet they still continue to sell them on their site. As a distributor they should have an obligation to ensure that the products they are selling actually work and that people are not getting ripped off. I was extremely disappointed by the way Amazon dealt with the situation. Beware of buying anything from Amazon, if you are going to use the items while travelling and are not able to return them.

Very disappointed with this product. I bought 2 cards one for myself and one for my wife. We have the same phone. One card came up 4G, the other came up 5G. I expect same performance from the same product. While using this card, I could not make outgoing phone calls, which was not expected and frustrating to have to use an internet app where I thought I had purchased call capability. Furthermore, I and my wife regularly lost signal throughout areas of England (derbyshire, warwickshire) and Wales. I am in Ireland next week and am not confident i will get reliable service there either.
We shall see !.
Very disappointed, since I thought I had purchased a reliable product...not!
