I order this to have a backup in case my Laptop SD Card Reader ever failed.Well I did screw up and damaged it by inserting the card incorrectly and bent some pins so I now get an error.This device saved the day. It set up 2 drives F: & G: so you can have a microSD and full size SD at the same time.It transfers at about 130-140 mbps. Same as the ASUS Laptop.

Lesegeschwindigkeit lag durchgängig über 150MByte/s (1200MBit/s), Schreibgeschwindigkeit über 122MByte/s (976MBit/s). Das sind aber Parameter, die durch die Karte und nicht durch den Adapter vorgegeben werden, d.h. mit schnelleren Karten müssen die Werte entsprechend höher liegen.
Bei längeren Schreibvorgängen (über 5-10 Minuten) von großen Datenmengen wie 4K Videos wird der Adapter etwas wärmer (gefühlt so um die 50°C), durch Gehäuse wird es aber auch gut gekühlt. Es findet keine Drosselung wegen Überhitzung statt.
Zur allgemeinen Qualität: die ist einfach super. Sowohl der Adapter selbst als auch der USB-C Stecker haben je ein dezent eloxiertes dunkelgraues Alu-Gehäuse, es fühlt sich gut an und sieht gut aus. Das 15cm langes Kabel ist ganz praktisch, weil am USB-Anschluss nur der Stecker sitzt, andere Anschüsse in der Nähe werden mechanisch nicht durch den Adapter verdeckt.
Fazit: eine klare Kaufempfehlung, auch wenn es etwas preisintensiv ist, aber es lohnt sich in diesem Fall definitiv :)
