Very easy to use. Light weight - easily portable !
Note ** to fill water - a small rubber flap needs to be lifted up on top of the reservoir - it is the same color as the rest of the plastic, and as such was not easy to find (instructions did not show where it was located) - but now its a breeze :)

Saves space, no need for iron board. Took me a minute to find the water filling silicone tab on top of tank when removed from the head. You do have to be careful how long you put on fabric to not get damp from steam. Powerful, quick, easy.

This little hand-held steamer is great for traveling and not heavy for those with wrist/hand issues. I have carpal tunnel and it barely strained my wrist as it was light-weight. If you're using a steamer everyday, I would suggest a more quality item but just for occasional steaming or for travel, I highly recommend this one!

I've been wanting to purchase a steamer for a long time. I really dislike ironing and haven't picked up an iron for years. Not only is ironing a tedious process, but it's also brutal on my arthritic shoulder. I've stopped buying clothes that wrinkle easily, but sometimes that limits my choices. I initially tested the steamer on a new fabric shower curtain that's been hanging wrinkled for months. The steamer works well, but I discovered one issue about it that I don't like. When steaming, the more convenient option is to steam my shower curtain while it's hanging, but because of the location of my plug and the length of the cord, the only way to do this is to pull the hanging shower curtain towards me and steamer whatever I can reach. Unfortunately, I can't steam my entire shower curtain unless I take it down. If you're steaming something that's right next to you, the steamer's cord length is fine. However, I'd prefer using a steamer with a longer cord. This allows you to have more options for steaming, and it's definitely more convenient.

I agree with other reviewers that this steamer is most effective when using the brush. That's typically the case. If you can't use the brush for some reason, e.g. it would pill the fabric, then smooth the fabric flat with your hand (if not too hot) or a flat object to get the wrinkles out, and always steam against a flat surface - put the clothing on the top of a dresser, a table, or an ironing board, or hang it up against a door. That will also help you smooth the wrinkles out.
I did not have any issues with filling the water tank. The opening is a little small but it was easy to run sink water in there, and a small cup with tapered tip is provided for pouring water in as well. What was difficult was figuring out where the opening is. There are two small rubber pieces at the top of the container. Both of them seemed sealed to the plastic. The instructions only say to open the rubber piece, not which one. I spent quite a while trying to peel gently at the edges, afraid I'd pull the wrong thing off and break it. SO, for people like me: the opening is the trapezoidal piece. It may seem like it's stuck, but it does detach. Once that issue was squared away it was a piece of cake.
My biggest gripe is actually that the cord is super short. Even steaming things right next to an outlet, I found it to be limiting; it's probably about 3ft long. I really wish it had another foot or two of cord so I'd have more freedom of motion.
The steam does come out hot and strong. So far this hasn't been a problem on any fabric I've steamed, but do keep it in mind for delicate things. It starts steaming after a few seconds. Longevity hasn't been a problem, I've easily been able to steam what I need to without having to refill the water tank. I like that the steamer is small (not much bigger than a hair dryer) and still effective. It fits nicely in my hand and is lightweight. The water tank and the top of the steamer are the only parts, and could be easily stored for travel. So far I haven't had any issues with water spitting or dripping, which was the issue with my last steamer, but I'll update the review if that changes.

I am not a much of an ironer type person. It takes quite a long time. I do however appreciate a good steamer. Especially on my dresses. This steamer works incredibly. It is quite sturdy and powerful. My dresses are nice and sharp in just a some minutes in comparison if I would have iron them. Very satisfying to use and satisfied with the results.

Does a great job of removing LIGHT wrinkles, but if you have truly deep folds, you're going to have to pull out the iron. I think that's reasonable, so I didn't dock any points for it. In order to keep this light weight, and small, the tank is pretty small, which for me is fine, but I can see how some people might want that to be a bit larger. This IS great for travel, if you're worried about wrinkles.
