Are the weights removable?

They are, although we don’t recommend it as you will not be able to put them back on and the frequency will become inaccurate.

What Are the Tuning forks made out of?

The Tuning Forks are made of aluminum alloy, and the mallet is made of bamboo.

Does the kit come with instructions?

Yes, instructions are included.

What is the difference between using 3 forks vs 7 forks?

This is a great set, I am very happy with it and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get started with sound healing!

I'm just learning about tuning forks and thought this would be a good starter kit. I haven't noticed if they're effective yet but I do enjoy working with them.

I downloaded the seller's e-document about these tuning forks. (The link is provided in the brochure that came with the kit.) The doc includes basic instructions and diagrams with acu-points of where to place the weighted forks. Since then, the seller has been sending me links on a regular basis. I'm enjoying this additional information, and surprised to be learning more about some of the other healing tools I already use.

I'm very happy with this purchase and the seller.

 I've used them on my husband, who hurt his back. I used the 128HZ for the pain and also the 512HZ for overall relaxation, and he felt really good after the session. I used the 128HZ and 256HZ on my wrist pain, and I swear I haven't had any pain since I've been using these.

I've also used them daily as part of getting myself in a good frame of mind to do what I need to do.

I would like another 512HZ, as I like the sound and would like it by each ear, but for now this set will do.
