We bought this backpack for our 1 year old son who started daycare in May. The plastic on the inside started breaking and falling off within the first week (keep in mind that this bag is used for one set of spare clothes). Now one of the shoulder straps have torn halfway at the seam and will snap completely if we don’t stitch it back.
We tried saving money by purchasing this bag but it would have been smarter to pay a few dollars extra and get a well made one instead of this piece of garbage.

The stitching is poor construction, The stitching is coming out and fabric frays on the seams of back pack, The Shoulder straps stitching is coming out at seams of back pack, so the straps are not secure on the back pack to keep it on back. The pull zipper-tab is fraying which hold the zipper pull on. This item has only been used to hold an alternative set of clothes for day-care and a water sippy-cup therefor minimal weight, and it is falling apart. This item has only been used for less that 10 days, and has had minimal handling . I would like a REFUND please.
