Bluetooth range, our loudest ring and up to 1-year replaceable battery, Pro easily attaches to anything you need to keep track of regularly. Just open the free Tile app and tap Find to locate your stuff. You can also double press the button on your Pro to ring and find your phone. Tile requires installation of the Tile App on iOS or Android, registration for a Tile account and acceptance of Tile’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (available at Tile). Have a bunch of them… they work!Two years ago, had one in my bag, stolen in a café in Paris….. went to the police, etc …. Then back home in Canada.That is when I thought about tracing it! (Much too late!!..). I launched the Find My Tile andsure enough, a week later the tile was spotted close to the Gare de l'Est train station. I managed to track it for over three months until it disappeared...Last month, back to France, and this time, at my kids house, looking for my Camera before going out... I was sure it was there. The day before (august 6) we were at a nautical center I took pictures, and the camera should be at home.This time I tried to ring it, with no results, then I decided to launch the TILE search... Nothing happenned until aug 23:"Hooray - Your Tile has been found!"at the Nautical Center!Somebody found the camera and brought it to the reception.... they kept it in a drawer...I had launched the search the day after I lost the Camera, but it took over a week for the Tile to be spotted by the Tile community.In fact, the person who found the Camera had no TILE application or Tiles... That person just brought the Camera to the reception of the Nautical center. And it is only after over a week that the phone of another person visiting the center caught the signal from my TILE!I immediatly called the Center and they looked at their Lost and Found drawer at the reception and there it was!...

The product was repackaded by amazon warehouse, both trackers did not work. The people at tile responded to my e-mails , when i replied the customer service on the tile end would reply back with in half an hour. The tiles were replaced under warranty, and shipped to my home. great customer service at tile the way it should be done ! the tile s work great. very handy. and a replaceable battery is the way to go

Nice thing to have. Bought them after losing my car keys. Works great, although the function that makes your phone ring when you press the Tile button is kind of annoying. Also great that other users can help you find your stuff. I picked these since the battery is replaceable. We'll see if I have to use them to find my keys.

Previously I had borrowed a friend's AirTag and had him track my luggage for me on his iPhone, which it did perfectly. I bought this because I have an Android phone.
In my last trip when I had 2 Tile Pros in two separate pieces of luggage, one was shown to be left on the runway(!) of HK Airport - long after I had retrieved the luggage at my destination.
Also, I have an older Android phone which I use for travelling, the Tile App / Tile Pro are not compatible with my older Android 6 phone. Many Android Apps are backward compatible (perhaps with less security / features when installed on Android 6), there is no reason why Tile Pro would not accommodate that and insists on the consumer buying a newer phone to use this product.
