Works well, and is shockingly thin. Given this little tracker should last (up to) 3 years, I was fully expecting this to add some bulk to my wallet, but I'd say it's about one and a half cards thick and the rounded edges make it feel even thinner. Absolutely tiny, and weighs next to nothing.

Worth noting, Tile now offers a "premium" plan, but for my purposes the free tier works just fine.

If you need location history or "smart alerts" (getting a notification next time you leave your wallet at the bar) expect to pay $4/month.

Let's face it. A tracker is a tracker. What matters most is responsiveness if/when you have a issue with your tracker.
One of the units quit working after 2 months of use. Dead battery, (if you have a tesla, you can relate), and it is not replaceable in the unit.
Witin minutes of submitting a request, I received a response and within minutes of replying to that, I was advised a replacement would be mailed out.
Next day, it's been shipped and will arrive in less than 5 days from my initial submission.

Just like some other reviewers I installed the app, registered the Tile, put it in my wallet and it had a hard time finding it. Once i took it out and placed it on top of my wallet it was a strong signal and my phone found it within 3 seconds.
Most wallets have RFID blocking that will block the signal. Even cheap wallets may not work. I placed this Tile in my backpack and it works perfectly, even in my luggage, but not in my cheap wallet which i found out has RFID blocking - so make sure you check the Tile in and out of your wallet before you blame the Tile.

Size is perfect for wallet, about the thickness of 2 cards. Slides easily.
Button is very discret and QR code is clear.

The bluetooth range for the Slim is 250 ft as opposed to only 30 feet for the Apple Air Tag. There is a larger iPhone population in the USA but if you travel internationally there are more android phones - something to keep in mind. These claims have been verified through various 3rd party reviews online.

Very happy with this and ordered a few more.

This is useless if something is actually lost and out of Bluetooth range

I misunderstood the description. It is not clear that these tiles will not be findable outside of Bluetooth range. That means if the tile leaves your range (is used by someone else or something) and is lost. It remains lost until you get within range. This defeats the whole point for what we needed it for. The description should clearly indicate that Bluetooth connection is absolutely required. There is no actual Find Far Away function. This is only good for misplaced items.

I lose/forget my things all of the time. This tile has saved my life many, many times and it’s survived 3 accidental trips through the washing machine so far, so I would have to say that I love it. It is about as thick as 2 plastic cards and fits in any wallet. 11/10 I will most definitely purchase a new one if this one ever dies
