Product works fine. 5 Star. Product description says "includes 12 Hour Refill". Definition of Refill is "a second or later filling". Thermacell E55 package has only 1 filling included with no second refill option per product description. Amazon did customer satisfaction $20.00 rebate= 100% happy when I called. Wrote Thermacell Customer Service via their web site of product misleading information expecting an explanation on their part as they must have one! No reply! Very unprofessional as I do like the product. 1 Star for that. Wonder now what warranty would be like if I had an issue!

The product kept mosquitoes away as promised. It took a minute to realize to turn the unit off you have to hold the button a few seconds. Would recommend to anyone it is a safe way to stay protected.

I’m a mosquito magnet and this works really well at keeping them away! I spent a weekend in a sugar maple forest and when using this product I didn’t see or hear mosquitoes buzzing around. The only cons are the battery life is a bit short and it takes a long time to recharge. I also wish it worked on other biting insects, unfortunately it did nothing to keep the deer flies away. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase.

This is a great outdoor addition to summers in Canada where you get eaten alive at dusk & beyond! It's very compact & sits on the table without intruding on other items there. The buggaboo is the coast of the refills, they are super expensive & I have found they don't last as long as suggested. But it does the job if you wish to sit out in the evening . I do recommend just be prepared to pay for the refills.

I heard good things about this product but it has not been working for me. This product was more expensive than and less effective than regular bug spray. I was just outside with mine with bugs swarming me.

We bought this for a trip north in the height of bug season not really expecting much but we hoped for the best. It worked great for what we wanted. We used it on the steps of our trailer so that when we went in and out we didn’t get black flies and mosquitoes in the trailer. It was nice to sleep at night without waking up full of bites !! If the battery lasted a little longer I would have given Thermacell 5 stars. The unit says up to 5 1/2 hours I believe but we got closer to 4 or 4 1/2 hours each time.
