I got this to help with me labour. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and have tried to use it a few times to practice. It worked the first 2 or so times (but not immediately, only after messing around with it for a few minutes) and now it has stopped working.
The output won't go above zero and I have tried everything, I'm cleaning my back before placing the pads on, I'm ensuring the pads are correctly placed and arw on properly and ensuring the wires aren't bent. Nothing is working, I'm thoroughly disappointed in this.

The product and packaging came new in box and as shown on images. Unfortunately we have had little success getting the machine to operate successfully. Not sure if it’s the gel pads or where the connection is being lost, but we have only successfully gotten it to work for about 10 minutes 1 time. Multiple other attempts have been made but it just flashes at us unsuccessfully. Was looking forward to using this as a labour and delivery aid, now i feel it’s not going to work and I’ve spent my money unwisely.

I am super disappointed with this machine, I lost the window to return it, as I use it for my business and it was fine when I first tried it but once I used it with a client it didn't work properly and that was days after the return date!!!

It was important too me to keep active with this labour, the boost buzz was just what I needed as each contraction started, it helped to distract from the discomfort, allowing me to continue to move on Yoga ball.

I would recommend to put it on as soon as you start to feel contractions to allow it time to build.
