Burning My Wet Wipes ! // UPDATE FOLLOWS
I have had this product roughly 2 months now. Besides the fact that I found it slightly difficult to quickly and easily remove the wipes during a diaper change, and I found that if the warmer wasn't filled to the top, the 3rd heat setting was quite a bit to hot to use, I didn't mind it at all, and neither did my newborn son. When I would refill the warmer to the top, I would turn it on the 3rd heat setting as I found the 1st and 2nd didn't really warm the wipes enough, and then I would change it to the 2nd once the they warmed up enough. Just recently, I had done just that, and I go to pull some out of the warmer which was now half full (and on the 2nd heat setting as I always kept it otherwise) I noticed the the edges were coloured a light brown colour, as I pulled them all out, I realized that the edge of the wipes had been discoloured from the warmer burning the wipes, and they were were still as damp as they are when you take them fresh out of their original packaging, so the burning wasn't due to dried out wipes. I couldnt, still can't, believe it. The warmer is going to warm the wipes enough to start burning the wet wipes, can you imagine putting that on your child's bare skin? I don't know what to do about to besides discontinue using the warmer until something is done here .UPDATE : I AM CHANGING MY RATING FROM 2 STARS TO 4 STARS BECAUSE THE COMPANY HAS SINCE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ME AND HAS ACKNOWLEDGED THE PROBLEM , HAS SINCERELY APOLOGIZED AND HAS FIXED THE ISSUE OFFERING A FULL REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN DUE TO THEIR INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE RELIABILITY THEY HAVE SHOWN IN SOLVING A PROBLEM !!
