I bought two of these to use for my mobile DJ lighting setup. It’s a great all in one. I like the versatility and the amount of lighting options in such a small package. Able to fill up a small to medium size room quite nicely. Sound activation is very nice to just let it sit there and do its thing. The features and everything are great.
However I ran into a few build quality issues.
The internals are very fragile. I dropped one of them from a height of maybe a few feet and all of a sudden both LED balls stopped spinning and the laser cluster seems to stop functioning completely as well.
I opened it up (all it takes is a tiny screw driver and 8 screws) to find that the laser is mounted to the shell with some kind cheap glue. The laser still functioned it was just sitting in the bottom of the shell not aligned with the lenses (that are attached to the shell itself). I slapped some crazy glue on pegs that mount the laser to the inside of the shell and it’s good as new.
Now for the spinning LED lights. The motors themself’s were still functioning. I popped the plastic balls off to find that the frame of the ball is mounted to the motor with a single screw. I’ve seen many reviews of people saying they stopped spinning. This is why. All I did was put some loctite in there and tightened the mount back down and it’s all good now.
To top it all off the remote control isn’t that great, the buttons don��t work half the time but I have extras so this doesn’t affect me.
Overall, I admire the lights and all the features they have to offer. Just disappointed in the build quality. So if you’re not the “handy” type and don’t wanna bother with potentially having to crack it open to fix it. I wouldn’t recommend.

Took a chance, my fault never again. Tri-pod a joke, 4 year old could of designed a better one. Didn't expect much but lights have remote control only, so only worked once changed batteries but still doesn't work. So not sure if it is unit or remote control. Your money but don't waste it like I did!

We had a big Christmas party with our friends last weekend and it can't be an Asian party without loud karaoke and music. To make things even more excited, I got this Karaoke/DJ light set up to spice it up for our karaoke session. This light set comes with its own stand and when fully erected, it stands about 6 feet tall, which works well for our karaoke room since it's a sunken family room (2 feet lower than the main floor) so basically this light was standing at 8ft tall from the main floor and point at 60 degrees downward into our karaoke room. It has 4 separate lights set up on the bar and we just use the Auto/Music sensor mode, which would cycle through a variation of light modes and use up all the LED creating a very dynamic and mesmerizing light show. This light is so cool and convenience to have, and since it has its down stand, I can actually just take it anywhere I need, no need to mount it fixed on a wall at all. Totally recommend it if you're looking for something to spice up your party's atmosphere.

When in sound mode it really comes to life mixing all effects. The remote helps you use only the effects you want and you can create a custom color atmosphere to match the color scheme of an event or strobe during a buildup before a drop. Fog really brings out the laser and disco ball rays very active and impressive for the price. 2 of these and no need for any additional lights. Mine came packaged well and works fine. The stand is flimsy but I use a tbar light stand 9ft tall and it covers a huge area brightly. At this price $200 will buy you a pair and all your DJ light needs will be met. Highly recommend

I originally ordered two of these lights, the disco balls on the first light were a little loose due to some of the plastic stems being broken. However, I thought I could deal with it. The second had a disco ball that had completely broken off the motor that spins it. Thought no problem I can order a replacement, replacement came in a couple days later and the same disco ball was broken. I don't know if there is a bad batch of this product but I honestly now think this product is extremely overpriced for the cheap plastic parts it uses.
