Not sure I did it right. I left it on for 45 minutes, as instructed, and my teeth definitely came out whiter ! However it seems to have whitened only the bottom half of my upper teeth. Perhaps I didn’t dry my teeth enough and it slipped ? I’m not sure but this is only after one treatment ! So I am looking forward to the next!

I thankfully quite smoking a couple months ago and wanted to get the nasty yellow cigarette stains off my teeth. This was cheap and had great reviews so I gave it a try.

I only used half the strips in the box. I noticed a difference after 2 days of use. After a week I stopped using them, my teeth were exactly what I wanted and if I kept going and used the rest I would be blinding people when I smile lol.
There is a nasty gelly kind of stuff left on the teeth after the strip is removed (as many other reviews mentioned) but I just swish my mouth out a few times with water to remove it and brush my teeth about an hour later. Just my opinion but I don't recommend swallowing before rinsing, probably not good but just my opinion. Anyway works great and saves a lot of money buying the name brand stuff. It is definitely a confidence boost having a nice smile without nicotine smile.

If you have heavily stained teeth do not expect miracles with these strips. If you have slightly stained teeth it will whiten your teeth by a shade or two without blotching.Negative its some what hard to keep in place and has a nasty taste.

So I decided to get these strips on a whim as they were very low cost. They do whiten and you can see the difference after one use- however it leaves a thick gel glue like residue on the teeth that I have never experienced before. Its quite gross, and not the easiest to get off the teeth afterwards.

I have also used two or three other brands and types and have never had any sensitivity. However, after 30 min on this brand and for two days after I had developed some tooth sensitivity which is very odd. Overall, not the worst for the ~12 price tag.

I almost knew these would be a waste of money. But wanted a cheaper option of the crest strips.
Strips are so slimey they just slide off your teeth. Thought maybe my teeth weren't dry enough so tried another one and literally blow dried my teeth so they bone dry. Did not make a difference. Couldn't keep em on longer than 10mins and when you take them off the slimey film is all over your teeth. Normally with crest I brush first then strip and don't brush again after. But this was so unpleasant you will run to get this slim off your teeth. Don't waste your money!

Absolutely delighted with my purchase. This is an updated review. I have used these for about a week and even from the first strip i could tell they work well. They cause absolutely no irritation or sensitivity to my teeth or gums. They work well, the strips are sized well (i cut the top strip in half because it is not needed + saves me money), they stick really well to teeth (make sure to dry the area as much as possible beforehand), and they do not taste bad or anything. Amazing!

How i used mine:
- Brushed my teeth well
- Dry the teeth as much as possible with a towel
- Apply whitening strip
- Press every fold into my teeth, making sure to get the crevasses
- Leave on for 1 hour (not sure if this is the recommended amount)
- Take off, lightly brush teeth to remove residual gel
- Swish with water
- Done

Notes:
- Dry teeth well before using
- If the strips leave white marks/splotches on your teeth, don't worry! Afaik, this is caused by the tooth getting dehydrated. I experienced this a few times. I use the strips before bed, and when I wake up they are gone, but the whitening remains.
