The mount can be installed as long as the seat of the car has removable headrest with metal necks. It's simple small and lightweight, and I already brought it on different overseas trips and installed on different cars.

The product arrived in nice packaging, the color was great (red and black), and quality seem sturdy. It was extremely easy to install. Fit our 2021 Honda Pilot perfectly.

Since my daughter, who is 11, is using this product in the car, this is her feedback: easy to get my devices in and out of holder without having to remove any of my cases. It’s easy for me to change out devices on the go by myself. I like the color and it holds my devices still when car is moving. I can still charge all of my devices when it is in holder. I like the swivel too. I would like it if I could move it closer to my seat but it’s healthier for my eyes at a distance.

We gave it a 4-star because we haven’t had it long enough to see how long it will last. Given the quality, we assume it will outlast.

This product is good for one seat user. It would be difficult to use if you had two users and wanted them to share between them at one time because of viewing share space. So get one per seat if you have two users, etc.

Appreciate the companies follow-up to ensure product is satisfactory. Great extra customer service step.

Absolute cheating.
As you can see, the product I received looks nothing like what was shown in the pictures on Amazon. It's of extremely poor quality, even worse than some kid's toys. To make matters worse, the first one I received was a damaged product, and when I returned it with great difficulty after contacting the customer care, I got the same terrible product again. I would strongly advise against buying this item. Super cheap quality and nothing like what I ordered. There are much better options available for under 600 rupees. This has been my first negative experience with Amazon, and I hope they don't support such sellers in the future. Unfortunately, their refund policy doesn't seem to be helpful in this case. Complete waste of money.

My only thing is making the mistake with little Miss in her car seat, of leaning in to get something she dropped on the floor and I always take my head out with the corner of it :) So, parents beware, haha, but that's just a parent's point! ORIGINAL REVIEW: This mount worked great, and we only used it on long trips. We purchased it 5 weeks ago for a 10 hour drive, and it was very easy to install.

However, when I got into my car last week, it was laying in the seat, and one of the little pieces that secured it to the headrest was laying next to it, broken off.

It seems like the parts used to make this just aren't durable enough, and I'm disappointed it didn't last longer since we really loved this mount.

I contacted customer service to see if this was a known defect with the product, but I have not received a response.

2/5, because we did really like it for the month is lasted....

REVISED REVIEW:
The seller got in contact with me, since customer service was not responsive, and they helped replace my product for free.

I am very pleased with this support and so far, the new product has not broken.
