Product Description
Controllable Switch
Unique lock design, locked in the ON or Off position. It prevents accidental closing or opening of items attached to the switch, and the switch can be easily turned on or off with a lock when needed, eliminating the need to unscrew the screw with a screwdriver.
Extra Lengthened Screw
In most cases, installing the light switch lock will increase the thickness of the switch panel, making the original screw not long enough. We have extra lengthened screws to accommodate the increased thickness. No need to bother you purchase from home improvement store.

Tired of saying “turn off the lights!”?
If your house is anything like mine, I walk around the house putting out the same “fires” day after day. I feel like a broken record. “ pick up your tooth brush, why are your underwear there???, put your dishes in the sink, and turn off the lights” all on repeat every single day. I may have a tad of a passive aggressive streak when it comes to dealing with it lately and when it came to my husband constantly leaving on the downstairs laundry light everyday all day, I had had enough. It is an extra light that I never turn on myself because it’s just over the machines and there are pot lights all around in the room. It’s really unnecessary. We don’t have the kind of money that allows you to run unused lights every single day all day! Not to mention the kids doing the same with other lights in the house, it really starts to add up. So I went looking for a solution. Honestly I was expecting a lock box or something lol. Anything to stop the waste and save me from having to repeat myself. So I came across this gem! I ordered it. I installed it myself. It took 1 day of them not being able to turn on the lights to realize that they really didn’t need them and no more complaints.Now for the best part of all!!! After years of me commenting on how wasteful it is and getting rolled eyes, we got our first electric bill and it was $20 cheaper then our usual lowest bill!!! So in 1 month of use the covers paid for themselves. It came in a 2 pack so I also installed one in our living room over a switch that gets hit by accident sometimes that has the TV and wifi on it. It’s been great to not have to switch back on the internet and wait for reset when someone accidentally hits the rocker switch. They are clear and honestly you hardly notice them at all. They are the same size as the switch and fit snug. Great design.Husband and children look away for this part ….They can be opened BUT they are clear and it’s not easy to see that. My family has not realized yet lol. Just keep that to yourself and watch the electric bill get lower and lower. On the same hand if it was a switch we did need to turn on and off I would find these annoying. Would suggest only for switches you don’t use often or you need left in one position most of the time.10/10 would suggest for a mom tired of turning off lights that are not needed.

They look good, are secure (with the screw mounts they will never be knocked off accidentally), they're low-profile and you can open the doors to use the switch (if ever needed). The latch to open the little door is finicky, but that's fine since I don't think I may ever open them.
While they are not completely invisible (these are the clear ones), I actually like that you can see the protector - reminding everyone that the switch is protected. They look good and don't take away from the room or decor.
