Very good experience using these sims on a 9 day trip. Good coverage even in some fairly backwoods areas of West Virginia and flawless in cities, towns and along Interstates. Even continued working when we crossed back into Canada in Windsor all the way home. Used 4 SIMs in an iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 7 Plus, and iPhone SE2 using LTE and 5G connectivity depending on phone capabilities. Data speeds were high and easily allowed video streaming, data use, texting and phone calls. Saved me a ton on our usual US roaming packages. Highly recommended, will definitely use this service again.

I purchased this SIM card for a six day trip to the USA, and it worked flawlessly. The instructions were easy to follow and setup didn't take long to do. I did the SIM card switch while I was on the plane so when I arrived in the US it was ready to go. The data worked great with no noticeable issues and the speed was great. I was able to call people back in Canada with no issues. There was a very slight delay while talking on my cell, but nothing to complain about. Texting worked great as well sending pictures. You have to activate the SIM card about 48 hours before you leave for your trip and you will be emailed a phone number that will be assigned to the card. Also, you can add more time to your card if needed, but it needs to be done a day or so ahead of the end date of the SIM card plan. I added one extra day to my six day plan roughly 28 hours before the plan would expire and it cost $3.50 USD + tax. Extremely pleased with this SIM card and will definitely buy again for my next trip.

Kind of a no brainer for us. Instead of $12/day each for roam like home ($144 x 2 or $188 for our 12-day Florida vacation duration) we paid $80 for two US SIM cards with unlimited 5G data, calls and texts. They were delivered quickly and we registered them right away. Registration was pretty easy. I was impressed by the packaging…they even included a sturdy plastic sleeve with a little tool to open your phone’s SIM card port, and little pockets to hold the SIM card after removal so you don’t lose or damage it. The day before we left we each got emails with the US phone number associated with each new card. We made the switch in the plane and turned our phones on after we landed. They worked immediately and we were able to use Waze (a navigation app on your phone for those who might not be familiar) to find our way from the airport to our destination. Given that this was my main concern, I was very pleased. We used them regularly during our trip (admittedly only for internet browsing and texting…no calls) and had no issues whatsoever. For that reason I can’t comment on tech support because we had no need for it. The only thing to bear in mind is that your regular cell number won’t work so you won’t receive any calls or texts sent to that number. It was not a concern for us but might be for some, depending on your needs. I simply texted my main contacts after we landed so they had the new number. We would absolutely do this again.

I have an Apple iPhone 14 Pro and used the 28-day eSIM for a trip to the USA, it was well worth the $54.00 (+ tax). When you order this eSIM you will receive an information card with instructions. The card has the Sim Card Number and Serial Number on it, so don't lose it and remember to take it with you... if you need help you'll need the Card and Serial numbers.

Be sure to set up the eSIM a few days prior to your trip, all the information is on the card, the website is provided or you can use the QR code. Their Customer Service was amazing. Prior to our trip, I accidentally entered the incorrect date when setting up the eSIM on their website. I contacted Customer Support using their online chat. They answered immediately and corrected my error right away. Then we decided to leave a day early for our trip and again they switched my start date with no issues. Once you set it up you'll receive a confirmation email and instructions to activate the eSIM which you do one day prior to your trip departure. As soon as you activate it you'll receive another email which will include your temporary US cell number.

Since you're activating it one day prior to your trip, you'll receive a text to welcome you to T-Mobile letting you know your temporary number has been set up. After I received that message I went to Settings, then Cellular. You'll see your primary number and the eSIM number under the heading 'SIMs'. Be sure to turn the eSIM number OFF and keep your primary number ON. Just before you cross the board (or take off if you're flying), go back and switch this... turn OFF your primary number and turn your eSIM number ON. This will keep your primary number from roaming.

It worked beautifully on our trip, I loved having unlimited data anywhere, anytime and it was helpful having a temporary US cell number, especially for texting with friends and family. I let them know the US number so they'd recognize texts.

The eSIM connects through T-Mobile. Sometimes we were in very remote areas (bike trails) without any service which would have happened regardless of which Sim I was using. Note... there were a couple times when we returned to 'civilization' I found it wasn't connecting to Google Maps. I went into Settings, then Cellular, and clicked on the eSIM phone number. I toggled it OFF, then ON again and I was back in business. This must have helped it to locate a signal.

I have already recommended this to a couple of people who will be travelling. The card is extendable if needed just by contacting Customer Service.

As long as your phone can support dual Sim, it's a great option when your cell plan doesn't include the USA.

Be sure to check if your phone is eSIM compatible before purchasing, see instructions included on the product page above these reviews (dial *#06#, if eSIM compatible your cell phone's EID number will show. If not, then your phone is not compatible). Also, it is not compatible with the following phones... I copied this information from one of their emails... "HUAWEI、OPPO、XIAOMI are NOT fully compatible with T-Mobile service. This is the second time I have bought a sim for a USA trip and I cannot recommend doing it enough.

The sim was so easy to set up, just needed an activation date and when I got to the USA I put it in my phone and it worked immediately. Service was good everywhere in Florida and internet speeds were good.

La compré por un viaje a NY de 8 dias. Tres dias antes envié mail, siguiendo las instruccions. Un dia antes de la salida recibo mail informando de su activació y del num. telèfono USA asignado a la mis a. En el vuelo la pongo en la SIM2 de mi telefono (quitando prèviament la micro SDde memoria). Desactivo la SIM1 para datos (Jazztel) y activo ésta para ídem. Llamadas desactivadas en las dos.
Al llegar enciendo el telèfon. Cobertura inmediata 5G, senyal fuerte, datos ilimitados.
Sín hacer NADA, whatsapp se autoconfigura y funciona exactament igual (llamadas incluidas). Lo mismo los servicios de Google (mail, navegació, mapas, etc).
El telèfon és un Xiaomi Redmi 12 5g (xino), que en teoria pudiera no funcionar, segun advierten, però lo ha hecho de maravilla. Durante la estància, cobertura fuerte en toda la ciudad.
A la vuelta quito esta targeta, vuelvo a poner en su lugar la microSD de memòria, activo la SIM1 de Jazztel y aquí no ha pasado nada.
Totalment recomendable.

Ich war erst skeptisch, bin aber im Nachhinein sehr froh mich für diese Sim Karte entschieden zu haben. Fragen an den Kundenservice wurden sofort beantwortet. Die Freischaltung war einfach . Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall daran denken, sich ein paar Tage vor dem Abflug darum zu kümmern. Die Handynummer passend zur Sim Karte bekommt man dann per Mail zugeschickt. In den USA angekommen, hat die Sim Karte sofort einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich hatte in den USA und auch in Kanada eine gute Netzabdeckung und immer gutes Internet.
