This actually works really well and holds my toddler's head up when he falls asleep in the car. It's very easy to fasten/tighten and doesn't leave marks on the face from falling into it. I leave it on the car seat and my toddler just pulls it over his forehead when he starts feeling tired. Great invention to keep your child's head from falling and risk chocking.

I bought this product because my son's head keep bopping down while he is sleeping in the car/car seat. I mean it works, but it depends on how you set it up against the car seat because it will slide up or down and it will come off of their head. I've used it and I am still using it, it works for the price its all good. I would shop around more and see if there is something better out there, otherwise - this will depend on your car seat and the height of your toddler on the seat. It is adjustable and stretchy so that helps.
