The problems with this phone begin with set up when Motorola tells you to connect it to your old phone with the charging cable, an impossible operation without a specialty cable. We opted for wifi. This device couldn't detect my old phone until (after several failed attempts) we placed it beside the router. At which point data transfer began. 30 minutes later, it captured the wallpaper from the old phone. More attempts. Migrated contact data but no phone or text records. Tried phone call. Audio quality very poor. Tinny and faint even on highest sound setting. Initiated return so we never found out all the other ways in which this device is unfit for purpose. Avoid.

Battery life is longer than I expected and the fast charge USB-C rivals any I have seen.
If I had to name one fault - it would be the size of the screen….. a bit large for my liking.
I also bought the case with it, which fits perfectly and does not affect the sensitivity of the screen.
I would put this phone on par with another 2or3 times the price!!

The phone is factory reset so you have to load all the updates but that doesn't take long, great phone.
