  • Stabilizes the camera for high quality video, with a large base plate made of shock-absorbing elastomer. Two non-slip straps wrap around your shoulder strap and secure with hook and loop tape. Fits backpack straps up to 65 mm wide.
  • Ball joint allows you to point your camera in any direction. Mounts on left or right shoulder strap. Can be worn high on the shoulder or low on the chest.

It is pretty good I use it on my motorcycle because I dont want to stick a gopro mount on my helmet . I most often the ride with a backpack anyway . I like that it barely vibrate at all , videos at pretty stable even when riding off roads . Wont slip on the backpack strap either as it kind of a rubbery thing that attach to it with velcro. The only thing I found over time is that if you leave it tighten for a certain amount of time (couples weeks) it left marks on the pivot ball because it was too tight for too long . other than that im verry happy with it .

BUT not very appropriate if your gonna be doing any form of harder riding, I went for a high speed run and the footage wasn't good at all. Probably better for skiing because your facing forward more but wouldn't really recommend it over a helmet mount

I've used this mount for a couple years now, and its really the best one for full versatility in setting up your GoPro filming angle and then stays put when you tighten everything down. You can even use the plastic plate to strap a few other things if needed. The Velcro straps are strong and wide. The only real drawbacks are it is a little heavy so if you are a backpacker and every ounce counts, this might not be for you. Of course the light ones are a little flimsy, your camera will move all around, so I prefer the extra weight and a more solid experience. After 2 years a piece of the adapter on the ball joint cracked off, which seems to happen to all GoPro mounts after a while. I was able to still use in on my trip with a work around and ordered 2 replacement ball mounts for $10 on Amazon. Fully recommend.

This has to be the best, most versitile mount to fix a camera to a backpack. I spent a fair bit of time researching them and reading reviews, this one came up in the top three and was the cheapest of them all. First place was awarded to the PolarPro mount, but that has a fixed position and is apparently quite uncomfortable if you don't wear enough layers as you can feel the mount screws. The Stuntman is comfortable, cheaper and has an adjustable mounting position when wearing it. It also comes with universal mounting options. I think I made the right choice for my GoPro 8.

Zunächstmal, der Stuntman Pack Mount ist derzeit die beliebteste Option für IRL-Backpack-Streamer und dies durchaus zu recht. Man kann sich auf dieses Mount verlassen, und es macht für den Verwendungszweck einen guten Job.

Die Verarbeitung könnte durchaus wertiger sein, besonders beim avisierten Preis. Die Gummierung der Reibflächen ist lieblos, die durchgehende Verwendung von Kunststoff macht es für mich schwer, dem Mount einen 100 Euro Gimbal und eine 500 Euro Actioncam anzuvertrauen.

Für das "Herumlaufen" in einer Messehalle oder Innenstadt ist das ok, aber Stunts und Action überlasse ich dann als Brancheninsider lieber Lösungen, die sich nicht ausschließlich auf die Haltbarkeit von Klett verlassen.

Dafür dann jedoch jenseits der 20 Euro aufzurufen ist mit diskussionswürdig noch freundlich umschrieben.
