- The gun does not come with any manual at all. The only thing you can follow is the photo which doesn’t show it well. Basically you just have to drop the “cartridge” from the top into the slot, then poke through the fabric and then pull the trigger. If you’re attaching a tag then place the tag in front of the fabric, then poke the needle through the tag and the fabric, then pull the trigger. Note that you can actually use this to temporarily hold the fabrics together. For example, I got work pants that are too long and normally I have to roll them up (because I'm too lazy to get it hem). With this, I try to fold them inside, then do about 4 “stitches” and it holds. Even working 8 hours later it still holds. And so this is also a good temporary solution when you need to hold pieces of fabric together. But note that you’re putting a hold through the fabric so you may not want to do it on your expensive stuff. Overall still a decent stitch/ label gun.

This "Stitchy-Stitch" tagging gun is appropriate for any size tag lengths.
The tags supplied would never really be used in place of a stitch in clothing, but work well for very short product tags.
The gun comes with 5 extra needles, though one of mine was bent on arrival.
It also comes with a spare needle lock and many tag/stitches.

I was really excited about this as I often want to make small alterations to my clothes, or try things out to make them fit more "made to measure", but the needle broke the first day. :(

It may have technically been my fault (no way to know as it did not arrive with any info), as I put it through more than two layers of fabric, but only about 3-4 and they were SUPER thin, diaphanous cotton, so would have been thinner all over than many other
projects this would presumably be designed for.

Disappointed. The product idea is a good one, but this was a poor-quality machine.

This was quite the disappointment. The quality of the stitch gun from the get-go was cheap and pretty flimsy. The gun itself is made of lightweight and easily fracturable plastic. The plastic tags were ok, but also easily comes apart from the strip, making many pieces unusable. The instructions provided on the website (not in the package itself) is obscure and pretty useless. The graphics are hard to discern and doesn't clarify how to change out the needles.
