I have been using the Spigen Tough Armor cases on all my devices since I tried this brand way back on my Samsung Galaxy S5. I tend to drop my phone a lot, especially when working. I've dropped my phone while using this case many, many times, from heights up to 3 meters, onto a variety of surfaces below, and have never had any damage to the phone, other than the screen (buy a screen protector). Even without a screen protector, the raised bevel along the edge of the screen really seems to help protect my devices from damage. I highly recommend these phone cases, they look great, are highly functional, and add a nice bit of bulk to the device without being excessively bulky, which I personally like because I have huge meaty hands, but this may be undesirable for those looking for a smaller, more sleek profile. With that being said, I've never had a phone protector that has performed better than the Spigen Tough Armor cases. I have purchased the Spigen Tough Armor for my last 3 devices and have found the performance and looks to be consistently worth the prices I have paid for these protectors over the years. I am currently using this iteration on my Galaxy S22 and am equally pleased as I have ever been with this brand.
The one negative point I have for this particular iteration of the Tough Armor is the addition of the built in flip-out stand. I think this is a pointless addition that, in my opinion, detracts from the overall look and potentially affect the performance of the device protection with this case. However, this doesn't warrant a reduction in my overall assessment and number of stars I have given this product. It is still a great protector in my experience.
