Fan works well, super silent on lowest speed, virtually silent, plastic is good material. 5/5 for product.
The issue is with the seller, the description says 20 inch fan and that is not true, its around 16.5 inches. I contacted the seller for them to change this because its dishonest and they did not change it. First unit arrived damaged because it was in cheap plastic bag, no bubble wrap or box, so the item is being shipped improperly.
The first fan made noises, would turn on and off on its own. Seller replaced item with zero issues. The replacement fan once again arrived in plastic, shipping bag, with no protection and the remote red light was damaged, but it did not affect the main fan unit.
The seller has zero concern for the item being sold as he didn't not change the product description size, the shipping company does not care about shipping the item properly. This is unfortunate because this is the best fan in regards of it working silently, other units (2 different fans from other company's) made alot of motor noise. I would purchase because the fan is good, if you're o.k. with it being 16.5 inches. If the unit arrives damaged, have it replaced.
