Well, this phone is pure magic, and it looks super good, and it's waterproof and has an underwater photography mode, and the battery lasts very long and all functions work perfectly and I'm a very strong "customizer" of my electronics and so many phone brands are such jailbaits. This phone has absolutely no flaw. Fast, bright, reliable and extremely inexpensive. I'm happier with this phone than those that go around eight hundred dollars. This is probably my 15th smartphone and it's by very far the very best. I will stay with ulefone forever. Oh and the design is simply fabulous!

What struck me most is the solid feel of the unit,,,absolutely nothing cheap or comprimising in its construction. Plus it came with a screen protector.
I like the screen resolution and size, so much so, I just may retire my tablet
Another equally important feature is the battery performance...After an initial full charge it went from 100% to 93% in 24 hrs and to 66% after 48 hrs after exploratory heavy use.
Transfering all my data, apks and files from my old Samsung phone was a breeze.
Hopefully I will expand this review after I put this to the test in the real world.

Everything seems to work fine but texting. Straight text is fine but when i add a picture it won't send. I took phone in to see what wrong but they can't figure it out. RCT texting sometimes works from google. Receive or send not working with picture attached. I tried to talk to the send but no response. Now it's pass sending back and there doing nothing. DONT BUY

Everything works fine once I figured out Android 13.
Battery lasts and lasts. Tough body. Only issue is, it loads graphics real slow. Though once home screen gets loaded it's adequate. Also would like to know which Qi wireless charger works with it. I have one, it works for my Samsung but not for this brand.

Initial reaction:
The phone is thick and heavy, looks very durable. Screen comes with pre installed protector.

Day 2. Battery life is phenomenal, orange button cover fell off and got lost.

One week. The phone does not receive or send MMS messages to iPhone users. Contacted customer support

2 months. Phone fell back side down on some gravel and broke the back glass for the camera.

3 months. Battery life not as good, phone still functions well. MMS still not working after various emails with customer service.

4 months. Replacement came in, same issue with that phone as well. Verified with carrier no issues with MMS.

Month 5. Fingerprint stopped working and is no longer a feature on this phone. The setting is on but cannot unlock or do anything fingerprint wise with it (apps, passwords, etc)

Overall very durable phone. I wish the OS was better. Would buy again if the issues were resolved.

When to inner box was opened the phone and accessories were loose inside but all the accessories were in the box. During the set up steps it became apparent the phone was previously used. Old messages from Februaruy were still on the phone and there was an additional entry in the contacts wioth a name related to the messages was included TheClock setting indicated the home time was in Eastern Canada. There is no information in the manual or the clock app to show the home time in western canada. My prvous phone was a 6e which had better apps and ease of use. Only problem was the operating system was V8 and some apps would no longer run and the battery was declining. Although the thone is durable I would hesitate to purchase another one.
