The product itself is fine, but I now have had two of these style chargers, this one and one for the sony NP-FZ100 batteries. Both of these units show the same behaviour.
The batteries charge at the same rate regardless of if there are 1 or 2 batteries inserted. I tested with a USB meter with one battery and noticed the charging wattage kept going up and down. (reference the blue line in the attached image).Looking further into it, the charge switches between slot 1 and 2 consistently. (Both USB Type C and Type A) Neither battery gets a consistent supply of power, its a weird on then off power cycle. If you're hopefully looking to charge one battery faster, dont bother, just plug in both batteries and let them sit. That being said, I don't need the batteries to charge as fast and they just sit in my camera bag charging while I shoot for the day.
