This is my all time favourite pre-workout drink mix. It tastes delicious and is a great price for 30 servings! I usually mix it with about double the recommended water and it’s plenty strong. I’ve been using this now for 6-7 years and I’ve never had any issues. I can feel a boost in about 15 minutes, I don’t crash later (I usually drink it around 9am) and if I skip a couple of days I don’t have a headache. I’ve tried other brands and flavours but I always come back to this one. Highly recommend!

This stuff is powerful. So powerful it gave me tingles! If you're like me and don't drink a lot of caffeine, get ready to feel its effect. My skin was tingling during the workout, but that's normal and shows it's working.

If you're a caffeine addict, like several coffees a day, you'll probably find it peaceful. But if you're more of a caffeine avoider, be careful: start slowly. I diluted the dose in more water to reduce the intensity and the sugar.

First time ? Here is my advice

If this is your first pre-workout, as it was for me, prepare to feel super energized. About 20 minutes in, I was in turbo mode, lifting more and pushing harder for the majority of my 1.5 hour session. Towards the end the effect diminished, but that could be because I took it a little too early before starting. Taste ? Like a cheap juice, but not bad at all.

This product is a good deal, especially for its price. I will adjust my dose for next time, maybe a little more, to keep the effect throughout the workout.

My Recommendation

Are you looking for a boost for your sessions? So, go for it! “Six Star Powder” is a solid choice for those who want more energy and power. But remember, adjust the dose to your caffeine tolerance. Come on, motivate yourself and push harder!

This pre workout is the tastiest flavor of them all. I don't mind the fruit punch or pink lemonade, but blue raspberry is soo tasty. It mixes well, with none of that "chunky" powder you sometimes get with protein powders and other pre workout beverages. I mix a little bit of chlorophyll with mine and use pre-workout as a coffee replacement. Love it.
