Just purchased my r10 and found the original eye cup too shallow and hard. It would let stray light into the viewfinder on sunny days. This extended eyecup was super easy to install with the included screwdriver and screws.With it installed, the soft silicone is comfortable around the eye and provides a little more distance from the camera to the face.The camera should have come with this; highly recommend it!
