This vacuum was bought to replace a Nequare S23 vacuum that had the connection between the dust cup and the wand that we could not buy parts for since they discontinued that specific model.
Upon receiving this vacuum, I was immediately much more impressed with its build quality and fit and finish than the Nequare it replaced. It’s a much nicer looking unit, and the fact that it doesn’t stand up on its own is only a minor detriment.
As for actual function, the charging time seems to be faster than the Nequare but still does take a few hours for a full charge. On a full charge, I find that I’m able to get more vacuuming done because - especially on low and high pile carpet - it picks up more debris with fewer swipes. I don’t feel the need to run over the same spot many times to feel like it’s getting clean, and the motor-head itself is brilliant. The brush roll does a great job of combing through carpet and picking up debris and on smooth floors, it’s hard to find any debris that won’t get easily sucked up by the vacuum.
Emptying the dust cup is much easier than on the Nequare and cleaning the filters and dust cup is overall quite easy and convenient. Removing hair from the brush roll pretty frequently is one downside, but it’s nice to know that it’s actually picking up lots of hair as my wife and I both have long blonde hair and shed lots. It’s great for stairs and in tight spaces with the included tools and does a good job on furniture too when needed.
Overall, I’m very impressed with this vacuum and would absolutely recommend it, especially for the price.
