The sound quality is incredible. Connection is very strong and doesn't lag much. The Connection Manager is very cool, and helpful if you want to use the earbuds with multiple different devices and change devices often enough. Different wing tip sizes are super helpful.

The biggest issue is that it wasn't made clear to me that the sound quality would instantly degrade whenever the mic is in use, such as in a Discord call.

I seem to expect way too much from earbuds. I tried 4 different earbuds before landing on these ones when they went on sale. Yes, they don't have noise cancellation i personally don't need or really want it. I found the noise cancellation made those "internal" sounds wayyyy to obvious and it just became annoying.
I tried the following buds before these ones: jbl live free 2, jbl live pro 2, Jabra elite active 7, and Jabra elite active 8. My favorite from that list was the live pro 2, but that was only with foam tips.
I put on the Sennheiser and i knew within seconds i would never need to worry about these falling out or slipping. The wing tips are the game changer for me. why more brands don't use these is beyond me.

The sound is great and id recommend downloading the Sennheiser app so you can customize the eq and switch between focus and aware depending which eartips you have on the buds.

If these are on sale i wouldn't hesitate to give these a try.

People who buy Sennheiser care about sound. While the company makes some of the best audiophile headphones in the industry, the current lineup of TWS earbuds falls short. I can only hope this is a reflection of Sennheiser's infancy in this segment, and not just a money grab gambling with their reputation.

Pros:
These are not bad sounding earbuds. The average user would pick these up and enjoy them. The bass is great. It's punchy while not being overwhelming and it doesn't muddy the sound. For an earbud, the bass is impressive. The sound up until the about the lower half of the mids sounds rich and genuinely good to my ears.

Cons:
That is where things start to fall apart. I have 2 major issues with these buds:
1. The upper half of the mids, about 1k and up, are heavily recessed. There's no sparkle to the sound. Female vocals? They sound bad. Detail in the treble instruments? There's none. They're lifeless in the upper mids and beyond. This is not a neutral profile issue, these buds are not even close to neutral. I own the Sennheiser HD560S, which are considered a standard in neutral tuning by many, and they sound outstanding. Any adjustment to the EQ in the Sennheiser app only makes them sound worse. I was able to make them sound a little better using a more detailed EQ on PC, but you can't polish a turd.

2. Soundstage. There is none. These have, quite possibly, the smallest soundstage of any earphones I've ever used, outside of what you'd buy from a dollar store. All the sound is centered. You simply cannot pick out dimensional details, even in songs that are exceptional for dimensional audio that I use for reference.

If you care about sound, take a pass on these. They're not worth trying, then having to return. Do some more research on these from reputable audiophile resources. I have only used the Sports, but the lineup all uses the same driver, even up to the MTW3. I would not expect any significant differences in terms of sound.

The Sennheiser Sports deliver a sound quality that I didn't know you could get with wireless earbuds - far superior to anything else I've used for workouts (looking at you galaxy buds).

While a little bulky (must be to account for the drivers), the earbuds are comfortable and stay firmly in place while running, lifting weights and even with martial arts training.

My only grip (and it's a minor one!) is that the charge cable that it comes with is ~20cm long, which isn't even enough to reach down from the wall socket to the ground by the side of my bed. It's USBC so I have a bunch of cables that I'm not using that I can replace the standard one with.

These are exactly what I wanted - a high quality ear bud set that will be my main workout pair (including running or mountain biking, so they need to be extra secure), but that I could also use in place of my "casual listening" pair in a pinch if the sound was good enough. I feel like a lot of these reviews don't understand the basics of using ear hooks, or the necessity of using the app to flip between the two sound modes depending on the open ear tips or closed ear tips.

If you're going to use the open ear tips (which have a couple tiny holes to let in some outside sound - not much, but enough that you can have a conversation without removing them), the Sennheiser app adjusts the base profile to make everything sound great. Same with using the closed tips. I tried using the "wrong" settings on purpose to see the difference and wow, it changes the sound signature quite a bit to account for the open/closed earspace. And they nailed it in keeping it sounding consistent depending on which ears tips you're using.

PS - You also need to do the firmware update in the app. Some nitpicks have long been addressed, it seems.

Anyhow, I FINALLY found my workout pair. It's been years of searching. Definitely better sound than my Beats Fit Pro (very solid performer and almost perfect, but not great enough to justify the extra $100) or Earfun air pro 2s (which sounded awesome and are a great value, but I had to put an aftermarket silicone ear wing attachment on them every time i used them to keep them in, but which wouldnt fit back in the charging case if the tip was still attached). These Sennheisers sound better than those two. These sound comparable to the Jabra Elite 85T and might actually have more crisp bass response. Loving the very robust battery life for a TW style earbud. No issues at all so far.

Battery is great.
Sound quality is better than I expected. The Bass is deep, but not muddy.
Lightweight, and my ears don't itch after 4-6 hours. I could do backflips without them falling out.

Only downside I can think of is the touch controls are a little sensitive on the left earbud, and I sometimes pause my podcast or music by accident. It's a minor inconvenience, but it is something I noticed. Maybe there could be a user defined delay so the user has to press for 500ms or something? I should reload the Sennheiser app on the phone and see if its possible.
