This is a great camera especially for the price. I bought it because I left my original baby monitor/camera at the cottage and didn’t want to pay the higher price tag for another one. This one fit the budget and I am impressed! The quality is much clearer than my OG camera. Set up and installation was fairly straightforward and simple. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. The only reason I docked a star was because I wish it had the capability of reading the temperature in the room; but that’s my own personal preference. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget friendly camera to monitor your baby, pets, what have you, I highly recommend this camera!

i have had these now for over a year and they work great!! they move 360 degrees up and down too so you get good views. they are small too. they even record and they have a built in microphone. well worth the money. I'm happy with them.

I have two of these cameras, and I honestly really like them. After our baby monitor died, I bought one to use in my daughter's room, it worked so much better. You can pan it round the room, set up motion and sound alerts, subscribe to a cloud service if you want to save videos, the night vision is extremely clear. It's amazing, especially for the price. I could see this being a really good option for outdoor security, especially at night with motion tracking, someone would see the infrared light and watch it track them, it might be a deterrent.

You also do not need to subscribe to anything to get the camera to work, much like other cameras I've had. The last camera I bought did not survive the fall from 10 feet, so here I am again haha I absolutely will continue to buy this camera!

TBH, I was skeptical about this product. Although got good reviews and I did watch YouTube videos, still... you just dont know. I got 4 for my house as I have an aging mom who lives with me so these cameras will help monitor during the day. Also have a few dogs in the house.

Cameras quality - Sharp and clear.

Install/ set up processes - EASY and Quick. one camera did take me 2x to set up/intall/ pairing. But the other 3 were easy and quick. I am not the most tech person at all.

One thing I want to point out is the LIVE CHAT support... I did not think its gonna work or even there is a live agent... I wanted to know how to "share" to my wife. I asked the LIVE CHAT... and bam... in a few seconds... agent was on the chat with me and helped out out with my questions. WOW... I was so impressed.

Great camera, great price, and great support!

The company Litocom claims to have a lifetime guarantee on this little camera. But i haven't owned it more than a week as i write this.

My son-in-law spent $200+ for a comparable baby monitor camera, so i found $20 (summer 2024) hard to believe, but so far, it is an excellent device. The manual tracking servo works perfectly. i don't know about the automatic tracking, babies don't move that much. The motion detector notification is appropriate and effective. Night vision seems fine. Resolution really does appear to be 2k. It was easy to setup and uses the Smart321 website like a lot of other Chinese devices. It seemed to be such a good deal, i bought another for a different room & grandchild.

As far as i can tell it uses about .2 amps at 5 volts most of the time (usb-A power cord and USB-C connector on the camera, so you don't need much. i have had no disconnects from the wifi so far, although it's only a 5' from our router.

It records video and takes pictures manually quite easily. The app is easy to use, with a lot of tools. the company spent a lot of time, labor and money developing this.

The only problem i had so far was when it's power got disconnected, the app on my iphone 15 did not readily reconnect the camera stream. i had to restart the app. It's a very small problem.

i recommend this camera and will come back to update if it has problems.

I am updating my original1 star review to 5 Stars. After the frustration of not being to able to get any real help, I sent an E-mail to Litokam and was surprised to get a response within a few hours. I was sent more instructions to try OR they would send me an upgrader 5 GHz Camera at no charge. I tried the instructions to no avail and sent in a reply for the upgrade. I received the camera a few days later and boom! It set up immediately and works great. Picture quality is outstanding, sound is good and tracking is reasonable. I am very happy with the camera and feel much better about their customer service. With all the new technology with Live Chat, Download Videos and such, an old fashion E-Mail got the job dome.

Received the camera on time and in good condition. Went to set up the camera, downloaded the app, no problem. Watched the setup videos from Litokam plus a couple on You Tube. For three days I tried to get Wi-Fi to connect. "Connection failed". Tried calling Litokam but got message phone system not working go on line. Went on line... Live Chat... was to told to reboot my Wi-Fi so I did but the call dropped? Went back to Live chat and it would not answer. Did this for over a week. Finally sent an E-Mail to support and got an answer back within a couple of hours asking if I had a 5GHz router. I responded I had a Dual Band Router and never heard from them again. It's been two weeks trying to set up this camera. I understand this could be a defective unit and normally I would reorder a new one but since I can't get customer service I can't see waisting my time. Plenty of other brands out there.

Quality of image is very high in my opinion. If you pay for a monthly subscription for Cloud Storage, you won't miss anything important. I paid £12.59 monthly for both cameras. It is very convenient as you don't have to check on your home at all the times and you just access videos that your cameras recorded while you are away, thus you won't miss anything. Otherwise you can just check your house or flat in the real time without paying for that subscription, but you will miss any other important events that occurred in you house while you were not checking on your cameras, it is up to you. The cameras got night vision, high quality as well, motion tracking and when you activate it, the camera will automatically turn whenever it detects a motion (it is very good for Cloud Storage). It alerts you as well when it detects something. You can also speak through. I found setting them quite easy, just follow the user manual. Overall very pleased and surprised with the quality and the options that these cameras got for the money that I paid. Real value for money.
