This is the first time I have a 4K camera from Genbolt, ordered it from Amazon, received the camera in two days.The setup was easy, download the app by scanning the QRcode on manual, the app is GENBOLT CAM.Inserted the micro SD card from the bottom of the camera, then connected the Ethernet cable to the router as per manual.After installed the app, "search the camera UID", added the camera, that's all I need. From power up to have the camera on line, it took only few minutes.All other settings could be found under "setup" section. For WiFi setting, I just have to find my WiFi SSID, then give the password, very straight forward.When I successfully connected to WiFi, I removed the ethernet cable, everything can be adjusted by phone app now.This gotta be one of the easiest security camera setup I have tried.For the camera, the power consumption is low, only 2.7W in day light, and around 5.9W in night mode. This will keep you electricity bill low.I set the camera continue recording, so the video will be saved to the SD card. This camera is supporting web browser as well, you can enter the camera's IP to stream the video on your web browser.Moreover, Gebolt provided PC software for Windows and MacBook, this is very useful for camera setting and monitoring.The 4K picture quality is fantastic and very clear. The detection area and sensitive can be adjusted, so you can focus on certain area you want to trig the alarm.If the camera senses any movement, it will trig the alarm and record to SD card.I have tried the auto tracking in my garage with low light and it worked surprisely good, as soon as I walked into the detection area, it would follow and swith from IR to full color, no problem to see the detail.Overall, this is my first 4K pan-tilt outdoor camera, I am very impressed the product quality and performance, will see how it holds up with the Canada cold weather.

This camera never worked properly from the moment it was installed. Dropped connections, will not motion track. Unable to pan/tilt camera from the app. What use is a motion-tracking wifi camera if it can't stay connected and can't motion track? Not impressed. This camera has been rebooted/uninstalled/reinstalled more times than I can count. 4 days straight of slow response tech support got nowhere. While support did respond to my messages, they clearly either didn't understand the issue, or ignored what I provided. In the end, their solution is for me to climb back up on the roof and uninstall this device for an "easy return process". Probably easier than repairing the hole in the wall to route the cables. The only plus I'll give it is that when it is connected the picture quality is good... if it would only stay connected long to see it. I've had several brands/models of cameras on the property before, this unit is not worth the trouble.

Straightforward setup with the instructions matching reality. Connected within a couple of minutes. Camera is installed 40m from router and signal strength varies around 30-40%. Occasionally the signal drops lower and I can't view the footage. When the signal improves I can watch the recording.
Picture quality is reasonable, the spotlights are bright enough to light up approximately 6m by 10m.

Var lite besvärligt att få det medföljande programmet att fungera. Fick ominstallera Windows. Var tydligen något i Windows som blockade bilderna i Hip2p?
Efter en fantastisk support från Timi på Genbolt så lyckades vi få kamerorna i min dator att fungera.
En riktigt bra kamera som jag rekommenderar!
