I like having the ability to trim or shave. The razor cartridges are pretty good quality from what I can tell, although they donstart to wear out after 4-6 uses which is pretty quick. The trimmer is nice because it comes with an adjustable attachement to change the length. For the price you can’t go wrong. I had the same one before that stopped working after a couple months and ordered this to replace it.

Ok so Canadian single mom here. With this pandemic, the last time I saw people was on Halloween wich is also approximately the last time I shaved because canadian weather and well, nobody sees what I'm hiding under my clothes. I was kind of expecting my kid to start calling me Daddy soon but instead he compared touching my leg to petting our shetland sheepdog so that was my cue to order this yesterday. It is a bit larger than the regular razors because of the battery inside. The trimmer is easy to use and the comb on it is a great idea. Works wonderfully well with and without the removable comb. Give a good push on the power button for it to stay on. Easy to clean, comes with simple and clear instructions. The razor itself, well it might have been because it had A LOT of work to do, but I found that I needed to repeat the process more than usual to achieve a perfect result. It was really easy to use, no cuts either. It did make my skin incredibly smooth (almost made me want to go "Oouh Ahhhh" like in the early 2000's shampoo commercial) and no soap or cream was needed to shave, just water. Overall excellent purchase, glad that I don't rock Tom Hank's Castaway's look anymore. It feels colder now. 10/10 will buy again. Thought about uploading a picture after I was done shaving one leg for a good before/after comparison, but I've decided to show mercy on whoever reads these reviews. Trust me, it works. Inside the box there's a printed phone number to get your stuff replaced/refunded if you're not satisfied. What more can I ask for?! Oh yeah that's right, it could be more clear that it actually comes with ONE razor head total, not an actual refill. If you zoom on the picture of the box, look at the bottom. I was expecting a refill on top of getting the razor. My bad. Oops!

I bought this product to use in the shower and have had it for 2 years and find it easy to use and convenient. I use it sparingly so am still using the first set of blades and have not had to use the refill it comes with yet (with covid and all, there's more leeway being at home lol)

I've used both features on my underarms, legs, and bikini area and it's comfortable and easy to use. I almost always use the trimmer in the shower and have used it rightside up, upsidedown, etc and have not had any issues with the water. The narrow trimmer head makes it easier to move around the bikini area to get an even trim all around.

The entire trimmer lid comes off really easily so you can remove any hair that gets stuck inside. I have a small brush from another trimmer that I use to clean out the inside as knocking it on the side of the sink doesn't always knock everything out.

I have used the trimmer with the comb attachment but I've also used it without the attachment and it works well for a very very close trim without being against the skin like a normal shaver (which you can use the normal side for).

It was a bit tricky figuring out how to keep the trimmer on without holding down the button (you just have to press down the button and hold for a sec to get it to auto stay-on) the first 2 times i used it, I manually held the button down the entire time I shaved and thought it was very inconvenient lol. It'd also be great if it came with a small cleaning brush to make clean-up quicker and easier.

All-in-all a great little trimmer/razor combo with a small head for hard to reach areas and being able to use in the shower is great.

I owned one of these for 5+ years and had no problems with it: it worked as intended and NEVER caught my skin or hair. It finally gave out (though I wonder if that was the case- see later note in review) and I bought a generic Chinese one. BIG mistake. It would catch in my hair and, worse, give me little cuts.

After that I bought another Schick and it served me well for another ~5 years, then "gave out" and I bought a different shaver by a name brand that is also very highly reviewed on here. It was better than the generic Chinese one, but the thing vibrated so hard it would hurt to hold it for more than 30 seconds at a time, and I don't have arthritis or anything like that. It still works, but I got so fed up using it I bought another Schwick.

To my surprise THIS Schwick came with a little instructional card about popping the blade top off and cleaning under it to keep the part that moves the blade from getting gummed up with old hair. Curious, I pulled out the old "bad" Schwick-- turns out it was just so full of hair the blade couldn't move. So now I have two, but I don't mind because this way I have a spare.

Unless Schwick seriously changes something about this design, I am never going to buy a different brand of shaver. EVER. Works as intended, and has NEVER cut me. It very rarely catches in hair, and when it does it's just a little pinch instead of the kind of wrench that makes you tear up. It's easy to hold and the vibration isn't unnecessarily strong.

The razor is fine. But buy it because it's THE superior shaver.
