Product not as pictured, different make/manufacture sent. Not pleased!
My one star rating is not based on the product performance as I haven't used it yet. The one star rating is because the product I received is not the same as the product shown in the advertisement picture. I was sent, AC-C0128C , but the Amazon.ca advertisement shows a picture of the laser printer cartridge, NT-CC128C. Those laser printer cartridges are made by different manufacturers and, apparently, the AC-C0128C is inferior to the NT-CC128C.I previously ordered a NT-CC128C laser printer cartridge from a different vendor which is the same as the product in the SaveOnMany Amazon.ca advertisement's picture and I am using that without any problem and others have reviewed the NT-CC128C and very few have had problems with it. The laser printer cartridges I was sent by SaveOnMany, AC-C0128C ,are not the same as the NT-CC128C which is in the SaveOnMany Amazon.ca advertisement picture. Instead, I was sent the AC-C0128C type which has had a lot of bad reviews because of problems with it. Accuracy in product representation is very important because that is a major part of the decision to buy a particular product. Considering the product misrepresentation, it causes me to be concerned about the SaveOnMany warranty on the products they sell, if one or both of the laser printer cartridges is/becomes faulty, that SaveOnMany will replace it and without cost for shipping it back, etc.One positive point, the shipping free and fast which I do appreciate.

I previously ordered a NT-CC128C laser printer cartridge from a different vendor which is the same as the product in the SaveOnMany Amazon.ca advertisement's picture and I am using that without any problem and others have reviewed the NT-CC128C and very few have had problems with it. The laser printer cartridges I was sent by SaveOnMany, AC-C0128C ,are not the same as the NT-CC128C which is in the SaveOnMany Amazon.ca advertisement picture.
