The small form factor is very handy such that the SSD can be used with the portable USB-C carrier to direct connect to my Camera or Laptop. As the SSD is also super rugged, you don't have to worry that it will be easily damaged in the field. I use the SSD both in the portable USB-C carrier and the 4 port thunderbolt base station. They run exceptionally fast data transfers. My only concern is under medium use, the SSD's get very hot which may reduce the MTBF of the device, so best to always keep backups. For its stated use case, its an excellent ecosystem of carriers and SSD's

If you need speed and time is money, this is money well spent. I cannot believe how fast they are. I have a 4tb and 2tb and moving files from systems or other portable drives to them or from them is the fastest I've seen. We have a number of the Samsung T7 drives which are very nice too, but don't hold a candle to these when it comes to speed. FYI 1,078 photo files (2.9 GB) transferred from 16" MBP in 4 second.
Love that the drives are cartridges, just wish that the cartridges were more readily available.
Highly recommend.

Great product, I always wanted a way to carry multiple SSDs in a smaller package.

Look & feel is great, build quality top notch. Speeds are amazing on Windows but unfortunately no Thunderbolt 3/4 compatibility which is a bummer for Mac users as they don’t support USB 3.2 2x2.

Mac Users, keep in mind that you won’t get the max available speed on these SSD mags (yet)

Is it pricy? Yes. Was it worth it? Also yes. I love this thing. It allows me to take my design files with me without having multiple chunky drives.
