First time to buy from Amazon while in Canada so Im not sure if when you buy a phone the charger head is not included. I dont see it in the description. Its type C so I went to dollar store and purchase an adapter. Only the cord is included. Im not sure why the wave palm for screenshot is not working. I turned it on in settings but still. But the phone is in good condition. It arrived on the 4th day after I ordered. Thanks

Product came in it's original sealed packaging, untouched and unused, just like new. The phone is great for it's price. The only complaint is the camera is of lesser quality, and I don't use it for gaming, but otherwise it became one of my favourite phones and functions well for my day-to-day use.
