First time to buy from Amazon while in Canada so Im not sure if when you buy a phone the charger head is not included. I dont see it in the description. Its type C so I went to dollar store and purchase an adapter. Only the cord is included. Im not sure why the wave palm for screenshot is not working. I turned it on in settings but still. But the phone is in good condition. It arrived on the 4th day after I ordered. Thanks

I have owned and set up MANY cell phones, and I am an Android fan, but this has been the hardest one to set up! The fingerprint reader alone took about A HALF HOUR (it should take seconds) to set up and it doesn't even work! I sure hope that, other than these issues, it works well, or I will be furious.
