Don't buy at full price - It's not worth it
DISCLAIMER: I bought this used, for just under 200 bucks - 199.18 to be exact. This is going to be rotated into portrait as a second monitor eventually, but I needed a fairly decent, cheap monitor at about 144hz as I was upgrading to a desktop after using a chunky lil Acer Nitro laptop, which also had a refresh rate of 144.Unfortunately, as many who have bought this have noticed - This monitor has a ghosting issue. Or non-issue, depending. I found if I turned off AMD Freesync, the ghosting issue decreased incredibly to the point it's only truly noticeable in certain areas, although you tend to see it easier with shadows on in windows performance settings, with windowed applications being moved on a dark-to-light PC background. The reason is because this is not an IPS panel, but a VA panel. In fact, most (As far as I know!) Samsung panels are VA. VA panels have the con of, surprise -- Ghosting! As well as losing colors if you look at the monitor from the sides. However, it lacks IPS's notorious glow and usually has better blacks than most IPS panels - Although personally, a good IPS will always beat a decent VA panel as IPS glow doesn't bother me as much as the ghosting :')This specific monitor has the best blacks I have ever seen, and while it's not the most color accurate panel, after messing around with the on-board monitor settings as well as Nvidia control panel settings it has become rather nice to view videos/movies, although I have a drawing tablet with a screen which I will always prefer over this for color accuracy... I'll leave both of those settings down at the bottom of the review in case - Haven't set it up using windows monitor calibration though, mostly because I struggle with it more than a bar that goes up or down depending on my fancy lol (Side note on color/brightness, do NOT use the eye care mode. It personally made my eyes strain more having it on than off, as well as turning everything gray and lowering the brightness so much even in the dark it made it hard to see.)Please note that while this monitor is a decent brightness, it is only 250 nits. Generally speaking, you'd want something about 300 nits or more, but maybe this is more of a "me-problem" and nit-picking than anything. It does the job, but I don't exactly have any way to really get a good performance-test look at it in a daylight-bathed room, sun shining on it, bright lights, etc. It's rather lovely in a pitch black room, since it really isn't that bright, but otherwise it is definitely useable in moderate lighting scenarios as that is how I like my lighting. The height adjustment is rather nice, as well as the rotation to portrait and angle adjustment by twisting the monitor from side to side. It makes for a rather nice main monitor despite everything, and the base doesn't extend past the monitor in length although it does come out a bit in front of it. I'm quite short (about 5'2) and have the monitor at the highest height and tilted just slightly down. So far I've found that quite comfortable, and I have also tried it lower but it was uncomfortable for me.On a side note - This monitor says it has speakers, which is partially true - If you connect your headset/sound device to it. It doesn't actually produce sound but rather has a sound card (I hope that's the correct term lol) that is used by the DP or HDMI cable, whichever one you use, although it comes with a displayport cable. Or perhaps mine is just faulty and it does have external speakers, but I doubt it :')Overall, my experience with this monitor can be put as "Just OK." I bought it for just under 200 (Shipping+Tax) and for the price, the quality is decent. Would I recommend this monitor? Maybe as a secondary monitor, but definitely not as a main unless you don't mind a bit of a ghosting - Personally I find it rather tolerable but I know many others don't. General advice would be to find an IPS GtG panel and buy used - Monitors these days are so expensive to buy new. Just double check what they say the damage is on the monitor, as it's usually only cosmetic issues on the sides/back - Although mine personally doesn't have any blemishes that are visible. The value of this monitor at the price I got it I would say is definitely worthy of the quality you get. Any more than 200 is a rip off in my honest opinion. For those that want it, my monitor settings laid out:Samsung Monitor Settings; Picture mode=RTS / Black Equalizer=20 / Response Time=Fastest / Brightness=100 / Contrast=60 / Sharpness=68Nvidia Control Panel; Digital Vibrance upped to 60%.I included a picture of the monitor as it is currently on my desk, no desktop icons + a Windows default background, though I'm not sure how helpful this picture is, I'm still going to include it just in case - And also apologize for the photo quality, my phone camera isn't exactly the greatest.

Tilt screen cool. Great condition, amazing as Samsung sells, for the most part. Not top of the league but need another monitor works great for podcast or streaming. Cheep! Works great no issues yet.

Used it for my younger brothers set up and it's way better than his old one. Easy to set up and no problems thus far after setting it up!

DISCLAIMER: I bought this used, for just under 200 bucks - 199.18 to be exact. This is going to be rotated into portrait as a second monitor eventually, but I needed a fairly decent, cheap monitor at about 144hz as I was upgrading to a desktop after using a chunky lil Acer Nitro laptop, which also had a refresh rate of 144.Reviewed in Canada on March 7, 2023
Unfortunately, as many who have bought this have noticed - This monitor has a ghosting issue.
However, it lacks IPS's notorious glow and usually has better blacks than most IPS panels - Although personally, a good IPS will always beat a decent VA panel as IPS glow doesn't bother me as much as the ghosting :')
This specific monitor has the best blacks I have ever seen, and while it's not the most color accurate panel, after messing around with the on-board monitor settings as well as Nvidia control panel settings it has become rather nice to view videos/movies, although I have a drawing tablet with a screen which I will always prefer over this for color accuracy... I'll leave both of those settings down at the bottom of the review in case - Haven't set it up using windows monitor calibration though, mostly because I struggle with it more than a bar that goes up or down depending on my fancy lol (Side note on color/brightness, do NOT use the eye care mode. It personally made my eyes strain more having it on than off, as well as turning everything gray and lowering the brightness so much even in the dark it made it hard to see.)
Please note that while this monitor is a decent brightness, it is only 250 nits.
So far I've found that quite comfortable, and I have also tried it lower but it was uncomfortable for me.
On a side note - This monitor says it has speakers, which is partially true - If you connect your headset/sound device to it. It doesn't actually produce sound but rather has a sound card (I hope that's the correct term lol) that is used by the DP or HDMI cable, whichever one you use, although it comes with a displayport cable. Or perhaps mine is just faulty and it does have external speakers, but I doubt it :')
Overall, my experience with this monitor can be put as "Just OK." I bought it for just under 200 (Shipping+Tax) and for the price, the quality is decent.
For those that want it, my monitor settings laid out:
Samsung Monitor Settings; Picture mode=RTS / Black Equalizer=20 / Response Time=Fastest / Brightness=100 / Contrast=60 / Sharpness=68
Nvidia Control Panel; Digital Vibrance upped to 60%.
I included a picture of the monitor as it is currently on my desk, no desktop icons + a Windows default background, though I'm not sure how helpful this picture is, I'm still going to include it just in case - And also apologize for the photo quality, my phone camera isn't exactly the greatest.

I am using this as my 2nd monitor in portrait mode. I wanted a monitor that could rotate to portrait mode, and for the price this is the only one that came with a stand able to do so. There may be others but from what I could find the others didn't have stand with much motion controls. The motion control of this stand is great tho, has height adjust swivel tilt , rotate etc. The picture quality is good, especially the blacks. I'm using it as a 2nd monitor and I mostly browse the web and watch media on it. From watching reviews on youtube, others have said it's a great media monitor as the color reproduction and blacks are good. I've heard it's not as great for gaming with some screen tear issues, but I haven't tested it out in gaming myself as I game on my main monitor. I think for the price it's a great value. If you intend to use it for gaming, I'd do your own research and come to your own conclusions, as I can't really say how it performs with that.

I was looking to purchase a monitor for a new computer but didn't have a lot of money.
This was a purchase I am glad I made. The quality is extremely good, I don't have to mess with the brightness.
The only change I'd make is the way you control it. There's a small joystick on the bottom that irritates me to use it - that and the blue light on the screen, i used a black sticker to cover that (if you're sensitive to light while sleeping and my monitor is in my room)

Went from a 60hz to this beaut and immediately seen the results. Movable mount makes for easier accessibility. Solid monitor for gaming.

I've used this for gaming with my Xbox and steam deck, it works great and the picture is clear and smooth. The stand is very sturdy and durable.
The only issue I have is that the monitor has places for speakers and you'd think it would have them, but it doesn't. Although Samsung does advertise that it doesn't have speakers.
