All pieces came in perfect condition! It was very easy to install.

It came with a wet wipe, dust sticker, and velvety cloth to wipe it afterward. All pieces were there and I have plenty extra so I don't have to purchase more in the future.

The camera lense was the easiest to install. If you have a problem with your S24 on the fingerprint with this screen protector, just turn on touch sensitivity and redo your fingerprint. Easy fix.

Following the installation, I activated touch sensitivity in the settings of my S24 Ultra and registered my fingerprints. I'm pleased to report that my S24 Ultra now recognizes my fingerprints without any problems.

 The tempered glass thickness looks like it will provide good protection. Unfortunately the purple plastic frame included to install it does not fit the s24 ultra. The screen protector also doesn't extend all the way to all sides of the phone which I could see causing a problem with cracks in the future. I contacted customer service and they were super nice and very responsive even sent me out a new package saying that they had some issue with the fit on some of their packages. Sadly, the replacement package is exactly the same. I stuck the tempered glass on myself without the installation frame and it's okay but not perfect by any means.

I've installed these on 2 separate iPhone 15 pros - the front screen as well as the camera lens. They each lasted about 6 months before needing to be replaced but they each absorbed several drops in that time. Yes, the protectors don't last forever & will eventually become damaged but a damaged protector means it saved your phone from more costly damage, that's the whole point. These may or may not be less durable than other higher priced protectors (even the ones installed by phone repair shops) but I've used those too over the years & they also get damaged/need replacement at some point. Considering these come with multiple protectors - for the main screen & the camera lens - for only about $5, I'll happily use these. Installation is super easy & comes with a step by step guide that's essentially idiot-proof.
