I really like the s22 ultra overall, as a phone its quite nice aside from some battery life issues. I hadn't used it long enough to really note the battery issue but from a few hours i used it, it did seem to drain quite quickly. Unfortunately, when it comes to renewed or refurbished its a hit or miss. for me it was a miss, as there were some quite severe screen burns (assumed it was a work phone beforehand hence the burns, since there are thing sin place to help prevent this issue on newer phones). The attached images give a small glimpse of it but its hard to get a good picture of the burns, its a lot more noticeable irl. I love the colour of this phone as well as the feel of it. but unfortunately just the one i got was a miss.

"Super Fast Charging" this phone came with out of date accessories. They state in the description that they would be close to original which would be a fast charging cable and a type c fast charging block. Instead it has "cheap replacements" for the price it should of came with modern accessories, it would of only been $20-$30 for the seller to put in accessories that would perform to the phones capabilities.

My only issue is that I ordered a burgundy one and I received a black one. Was not happy with that as I waited over a month to order because I wanted the burgundy specifically to match the rest of my Samsung stuff. Called the 800 number that was in the package for Amazon renewed and was told they weren't working that day. WTH? Tried the next day, same answer.
Kept it cause I needed it and return would have taken too long.

I did not want to pay over a thousand dollars for a new phone when mine broke. Instead, I chose this one and it is nearly as good as the new one. It was significantly less expensive. I bought the unlocked version so I could just add it to my Verizon plan and swap it out for the broken phone. I love it and it was easy to transfer all my apps and data from my old phone to this phone since I backed everything up using Google. I know not everyone likes all their data in the cloud, but it turns out there is a cable you can use to transfer everything from one phone to the other as well. I learned that when I went to Verizon to swap it out. However, if they do the transfer for you they will charge $29.99.
