The phone arrived very quickly and on first impressions looked almost like new. To the best of my knowledge it was and remains fully functional. The only downside was that the touch screen seemed to be a little bit less responsive than previous Samsung phones that I've had from new. The screen has also developed a couple of approx 2cm hairline cracks emanating from the top right hand corner...i can't remember dropping the phone so these cracks may have been there from purchase or may have just developed themselves from flaws in the screen. I can't prove it either way. Other than that that the phone is working fine. I'll probably invest in a replacement screen sometime in the near future. Will I buy another "as new" phone off Amazon?...No.
